I did some research and can’t find what kind of hormone he is talking about. I really wished destiny pushed harder on this. Can boogie name the cancer markers? I can’t imagine it’s very difficult to elevate hormone levels externally.

As to why he didn't admit he lied for the bounty offered to him, I believe it's because he still wants to at least have the option to make a return in the future, because he isn't certain he can stay off it for good, himself.

This will be proven or contested when he releases his new demands. If his demands include even more ridiculous ammounts of cash, then he's trying to do an exit grift before banishing. If he wants everyone to make an apology and grovel before him if he has cancer, then he will try to spin this as a PR move to distract from the crypto and try to revive his channel. If he wants both, then he's a fat fuck that wants to have the whole cake and eat it.
