Bossman was potentially looking at years in jail, within 24 hours of his release he's back to the good old "fuck my life dude" "i hate my life" dont think ive heard a "i wanna fuck a... dude" yet but this is fascinating

Austin is out on bail and still facing the drug charge. He isn't free and clear from the DV charge, but as a first time offender for that charge he was a offered a deferred disposition. It's an agreement with the court to complete certain requirements and the charges get dismissed. He will likely be offered some kind of alternative sentencing and maybe probation for the drugs given he went 9 years without getting busted, got a deferred disposition for the DV, and this is all typical white trash shit.

There is the looming suspended sentence. If they aren't going to nail him for the drugs, I don't see them hitting him on the suspended sentence. As far as the court is concerned he was clean for 9 years. Get him some rehab and he'll get on the straight and narrow for reals! He wasn't even a menace to society this time, just the idiots who let their crack addict son live with them. Jails wouldn't have room for worse criminals if they threw in everyone who got popped for drug possession or punched their brother in the face.
