Does anyone know anything about such surgeries? Medical Kiwis?

Is there actually a potential for a significant tonal change, insofar as effecting a more feminine resonance?

I ask this because I'm wondering: A) What our boy John hopes to accomplish, B) How much such a procedure would cost (Such as it is, I'm imagining that it must NOT be covered by insurance, right? As an elective procedure?) and C) What the over / under for "success" (whatever that means, honestly I don't know, other than feeding John's delusion that he still has time to transform into that lost and forgotten Sailor Scout, Sailor Cronenberg) is vs. complications.

Is this a common thing for MTF trannies? I'm imaging not, because even the wholly committed ones seem to have difficulty in this department, but...

I'd bet not even a majority of wholly committed trans people enjoy such casual access to nineteen moneys.

Musical Kiwi here: you don't need vical cord surgery, you can train yourself to speak in just about any voice. I know a few guys who speak with a very low deep voice but sing in such a high pitch they put sopranos to shame.

This is yet another example of John taking the easy way out, and not wanting to make any effort at all.

And it wasn't even her college records. Literally just someone asking if she attended college and graduated. I know the main reason she's so pissy about it still is because it hit so many of her lies at once, but I would think that she would give it a rest since it's an official correspondence with the forbidden name on it.

Unfortunately a google of "brianna wu college records site:reddit.com" returns the top result as "Milo Yiannopoulos confirms that Brianna Wu lied about getting a degree at the University of Mississippi. She attended for ten years but did not graduate. Brianna went on to lie about her credentials in interviews with the Boston Globe and other news publications," but the reference is Milo's now-non-existent Twitter (which I assume had a link to the article).
