Yeah, I don't like to rush to conspiracy theories, but this is a whole lot different a guy than the one who had to be rushed off the stage previously, as well as the one who was afraid of an eagle being too close to him. Like, the "gunman" wasn't even down yet, and he's raising his hands all "I'm here! I'm right here! Missed me!"

To be fair, randoms are headshot magnets in a crowd. Sounds like he didn't know how to properly compensate for the range he was at, since he shot Trump twice in the face, but both grazed him in the exact same way.
