That is true, if the bullet was a couple of inches over it could of been a fatal shot and we would now be looking at a successful assassination.

My bet is on a .223. The projectile itself is very small in diameter. It's not a video game, his ear wouldn't be obliterated by a gunshot. It would go right through it, leave a hole. I'm curious if he has any hearing damage in the ear from the wake of the round. Also, the bullet had enough power to fully penetrate through the head of that unfortunate bystander and come out the other end, something .22 would have trouble doing, especially at range.

Bro the shooter was so jittery he pulped a guy in the bleachers on accident. A grazing shot is completely possible. He's a bad sniper.
