I was genuinely surprised an incident like this didn't happen back in 2016.

In 2016 the strategy was to attack his supporters (with violence) at the rallies, ban them from online forums and discourage them from openly supporting him as much as possible.

That didn't work, and rigging 2020 only barely worked, so this time they're taking the more direct approach.

That is the calmest crowd lookin at a corpse I've seen outside of India liveleak videos.

A ~130 yard shot with .22 isn't crazy, and it's completely realistic.
It would also be lethal at that range (Obviously, if someone died in the stands)
Trump got lucky, thankfully.

130 yards with a .22 is no problem, though for killing someone it's not really the ideal round. The bullet moves relatively slowly and obviously not a ton of energy when it's 130 yards out. Unless it's confirmed the rifle was .22, I'd assume they were using something bigger. News people and crowds don't know anything about identifying guns so you usually have to wait a while.

I don't trust it either, haven't seen anything on a trustworthy source, earliest source I've seen was some reddit wallstreet guy on Twitter so would love a better source.
