It's not that difficult, with only irons it's not easy at distance but it's not some Chris Kyle type shit. Then again if you're shaking with adrenaline which I imagine anyone in the situation would be it's pretty wild to pull this shit off. Climbing onto a roof with a rifle knowing you're gonna get killed instantly, there must of been some planning involved and some huge fuck ups on security allowing this to happen. Red states have heavily blue cities. Take Texas (having Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth) or Georgia (having Atlanta), for example.
