Except that the diversity hire (a Biden admin. hire) that’s running the SS has turned out to be yet another woke-obsessed disappointment. She probably dislikes Trump quite a bit. It wouldn’t surprise me if it was a lesbian. It would be easy for her to to not supply the Trump team with a full complement of SS agents or to assign more women to his detail than was practical or to sign off on the security plan for the event as being “good enough“ even though there’d be a few blind spots.

why is it so hard to believe that 1) so many people hate trump that one of them would be crazy enough to try to take him out and 2) SS are all LEO midwit retards stupid enough to let it happen. i don't think there really needs to be a conspiracy here. hatred of trump + retardation explains the situation just fine.

Without scrolling the thread due to it's speed, I assume you've seen the 37 second video of Trump leaving and his security is made of at least three short white women, one that can't even holster her gun.

It's pretty much up to him if he wants the secret service protection or not. He can tell them to F off and hire his own crew, he's got the money. It's just never been done because most former presidents, despite getting relatively rich from book deals and speaking tours and shit, don't have Trump money.

The other aspect of it, is security clearances don't really expire. They pretty much have to be cancelled which is rare. This is why you often get former presidents, advisors, cabinet people, etc. Working in the defense industry and doing glowie style shit as private citizens for the big money after their political career is over. If Trump hired private security, there'd be a bunch of shit he just couldn't do, or talk about around them. Which would probably make life pretty difficult.

The other other aspect is, even if you have nearly unlimited money, there's just shit the secret service has access to that private security never could from a legal standpoint. Secret Service armories would make a lot of national militaries blush with the shit they've got at their disposal. Private security just wouldn't be able to field the kinda stuff SS has. If the SS wants stinger missiles, ATGMs, they've got them.

He can rescind his Secret Service protection any time he likes, but keep in mind that he also doesn't have to pay a nickel for it. That's all taxpayer money. If he went for private security, he'd have to pay for them out-of-pocket and run his own background checks on every hire (risky!).

150m is near the apex of a 5.56's arc. Such we were taught to aim at the very bottom of the 150m target.

The shooter was very likely very steady, may have zeroed his rifle, but if he had optics I doubt he got a range or dialed it. Given the bullet hit trump's ear, its very likely he was aiming center-mass and didn't account for the ballistic "rise"

I won't pretend to know much about guns, but the last I heard the range was 150 yards, not 150 metres, so in the 400m plus range
Wait that's feet, not metres. Operating on no sleep. Still, the 150 yards part was right at least

I watched Officer Tatum's video on the shooting, he thought that the shooter was a democrat when it was confirmed that he was actually registered republican. I'm not sure what the motive was exactly, I'm gonna assume his photo was already posted on here, but from the looks of it, he does look like he'd be a school shooter as opposed to someone who'd attempt to delete the president.

And those professional digital cameras can take MANY shots per second. Even our smartphones can do that. He probably took over 100 pics in those few seconds and got the exact one he wanted.

School shooters tend to want notoriety and to shock people.

School shootings are old news. Going for a POTUS is a lot more likely to get you fame.
