Even if you've never looked into Boogie at all, there's no way anyone would believe that someone was told a generic "you have cancer", underwent treatment that is essentially just blood thinning for 2 years (no chemo, no radiation), and are only now finding out "what kind of cancer it is".

He's really spiraling, he can't even make up a coherent lie given unlimited time to craft it before posting.

The one thing I'm looking out for since Keem essentially decided to play defense for Boogie is that he is essentially going to be known as "the guy who defended the fatso lying about cancer".
