About that pasta on a plank: Wood generally has anti-microbial properties. People eat out of wooden bowls and use wooden spoons all the time. Those planks are not fresh from a construction site. The food poisoning comes from the employee who handled the food after taking a massive shit and then walking out of the bathroom without washing his hands. No matter. I used to live nearby there; the food was pretty decent but overpriced if you weren't going there for Happy Hour. Even then, St. Bibbiana's a few doors down has a 10 dollar cocktail and burger deal which mogs the shit out of Dorsia.
Also the Milwaukee Public Market is expensive, outside of the security zone and it was a Monday night; no shit its going to be slow.

I find it mildly odd that one can't find any reports on either incidence. I mean, kids dying at water parks is a kinda rare occurence and there is usually at least one article about it somewhere. Many accidents and deaths are reported, but a five or six year old girl dying of heart failure some 20 years ago? I can't find it.
