I haven't seen it but it makes sense. Him being shot at has effectively cemented his presidency, and the liberal media that has been attacking him for the past eight years are in the process of toning down the attacks on him, if not outright supporting him. Calling for his death online is now recognized as highly inappropriate, and the conservative party is falling in line. Additionally he's overall getting a level of respect he hasn't gotten in a while, and the last four cases against him have been dripped. If I was in his position I wouldn't be as angry either. I might be still a little rattled at nearly being killed though.
More than that, he's probably considering his own mortality. I'm sure he knows he has a relatively short time left, but having your ticket nearly punched so abruptly would give a lot of people pause.

I hadn't heard that part, (although the fact that he had to read it from a card is weird) but fairly or not, it is the the thing he's best known for.
Hell it's literally the only thing I could tell you about him.
that and "you're no jack kennedy" are basically the only things he did
even back in the day it was just "he's dumb and looks nice" for the razzing on him

Ted is always so close to the reins of power but never quite there.

Met him once at an event, an extraordinarily intelligent man. Fucking lizard, though, very cold. I would never want someone like that to be president and I'm glad he's a senator and nothing more.
Never met the man, but I do completely agree that everything he does or says is completely calculated.

Very smart man, but very robotic.

Am I the only one who remembers when Trump officially won the nomination in 2016 and they tried to give him Secret Service protection? He pushed back because he believed his own personal security was superior and he didn't trust Obama/Hillary? I'm phone posting so not looking for a link but remember it being a story I didn't imagine
Given how horrible SS security was at the White House under Obama, Trump's private security people were superior.

And given the spying/wiretaps/bugs that Obama was using on Trump's campaign, he was right not to trust them either.
Now that the shock of the situation mostly wore off and more information is coming out, you really see how this whole thing was prevented through a literal act of God because the chances of the sniper missing were astronomically unlikely given the distance. If this doesnt help with someone's crisis of faith, idk what will.

With that said, it does raise a good point about just how...incompetent the secret service actually was because if it were up to their expertise, the shooter would have turned Trump's head into an orange busted melon. People all over are sharing their testemonies on how the shooter was spotted by them for several minutes and the police was oddly apathetic about it.

Now, I would never dare to suggest the authorities are bought out by powerful players that would adore to see Trump's head splattered on HD for all his fans to watch......but if not that, what else can I say besides that the fact that the police and the secret service just demonstrated frightening levels of incompetence?

A conversation will be forced to have to determinate if this is the by product of corruption or incompetence...or both...and then on if this could happen again because if I was Trump, I definitively wouldnt be comfortable staying in the open during speeches again since my protectors have shown, at the very least, high levels of incompetence and it took literal God's mercy for me to walk off with my life.
Makes you wonder if Trump's fist pumping wasn't just an act of defiance and inspiration, but also so he could show the crowd he was alive and well with a minor injury to prevent some Fed pulling a "Hillary" on him on the way to the hospital.

The only way he could really do any of that is with a Constitutional Amendment, and he doesn't have anywhere near the political capital necessary to pass an Amendment. Obama didn't, so Biden definitely doesn't. I doubt he could pass any laws at this point, and SCOTUS would unironically toss a lot of that out as unconstitutional anyway.

1. Destiny’s Ad Revenue Sharing Paused

Recently Destiny also known as the @TheOmniLiberal on Twitter due to mocking victims of a tragic incident involving the recent shooting has received so much anger (rightfully so) that Elon Musk personally ensured that any traction that the Twitter accounts make will not receive any ad revenue. While this will not affect Destiny’s income in the long run, at least some punishment came out of it even if it’s small. Additionally, Destiny has continued sperging onto a different topic specifically pertaining to David Ruben, and Dom Lubre. Destiny has not only argued his comments are appropriate, but pointed to the actions of people such as Dom Lubre who was previously banned for allegedly posting CSAM of an infant. But this is all deflection where Mr. Lubre if he did post that is a bad person and should be banned, but it doesn’t negate the fact that Destiny should be punished as well for his horrific tweet spergs of shitting on victims of a shooting.
