That's not new, he disabled public comments on his tweets a while ago because the stalkers kept posting the police report (the one where he threatens to kill his wife and unborn child) under every tweet.
That has not inhibited his own all-consuming obsession with responding every time his name is mentioned.

Fatrick is just reading directly from the M16 arms manual, but he doesn't understand the difference in the maximum range and the maximum effective range. Both are based on a mechanical average and don't factor in the skill of the shooter. He would know this if he had been taught this instead of skimming the .pdf of the military version of the owner's manual.
