If the president consneeds, he effectively resigns from office

If he says get fucked losers in a written declaration to the president pro tem and Speaker, then within 4 days the VP and Cabinet must transmit to both of them ANOTHER written declaration that the president is unable to fulfill the duties of his office

The House and Senate must assemble if not in session, and combine into one body within 48 hours of convening, and must by a 2/3 voot declare him unfit, he is removed from office if they do. The combined Congress has 21 days after convening to voot on the matter

So basically it all has to take place in less than 30 days after things get rolling

Mail in voting shouldn't exist with exceptions of deployed military personnel.

Create a system where snowbirds or other people out of their state at the time of election can request a home state ballot at polling places out of state. Anyone too old or infirm to leave their home can have officials visit them in their home along with a public notary who will certify everyone who was present.

Is it still possible to cheat? Sure, you can't make anything 100% cheat proof, but if you can make it 99.999% cheat proof it makes it far, far more difficult for someone to cheat.
