If this were the cause (again, just speculating for fun, not committing to any theories since she's lying/visa run are the most likely) I'd say its because it's less because she had a big health event, but that she had one and then refused to change or help herself in any way. Pretending Bibi or Salah loved her, it's really hard to watch someone near death and know they'll just do it again and again.

3rd time is the charm... Something seems different about Chantal's demeanor to splitting than previous threats of breaking up. I've been wrong though before so expectations are best kept low.

There is less anger involved than the first break up that lasted 2 days and previous apathetic threats of it. It seems like Chantal knew this was inevitable and her time is up.

I will try to explain it to the best of my ability, but if someone can elaborate in a better way I'd appreciate it. The subject of free Insulin in Canada and Kuwait and other countries came up, so I did a google. It appeared to me, and I could be wrong, that the freebies are only for those diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Seemed like if you are a fat fuck who ate yourself sick, you are outta luck.

For the Canadians here, before she had "medication insurance", that helped her pay for her meds, like the Ozempic (even with insurance was like $250), how is it now?
There was some word about Canada making diabetes meds free? is that true? does she need to be on welfare?

It depends where she moves to and how she gets them.
Meds from the hospital would be free, some provinces allow you in on a public drug benefit program if you're within a certain group (most provinces have a seniors program and palliative care) and in some provinces you can apply for "exception status", which you'd have to meet another set of critera for and would only apply to specific meds.
I've never applied for any of these, so I don't know the specifics of diabetes meds.

That said, if she were to move specifically to Quebec she would have no choice but to opt in to the province wide drug plan. You're not allowed to live there without it. You're always better off if your workplace offers one though as by comparison the provincial one only does the basics.

If she lives in Ontario honestly her best bet will be to try and get disability, as I'm certain there is a drug plan specific to them (even if your disability comes from having too much money that you then ate away. Not that I'm bitter about that.) although now that I write that out, I have no idea how that would work in conjunction with her tax situation, as usually these programs require you to prove a certain percentage of your after tax income is going to meds.

I seem to remember one drugs program that you paid a certain percentage of your household (after tax) income and all your prescriptions would then cost 2$ each to refill. That was for households that clearly require way more than whatever the percentage is to stay alive. I believe they would also give you the meds in 3 month supplies to reduce your personal cost even more so you'd only be paying the 2 dollars for each prescription every three months. I'm afraid I can't remember which province I was in when I learned about that though.

Most countries have a requirement to get a tourist visa - you need to show you have a return flight ticket. This is proof that you're actually planning to leave the country after your stay.

Since we’ve all witnessed this cycle many times now, there’s no point in emphasizing what a liar she is. However, this last health issue required her to go to the hospital.

All of her other health scares she just went to a private clinic. I wonder if her being admitted to the hospital with a chronic, as yet untreated disease, changed things for her visa runs? I have no idea if it would matter for a tourist visa, but the ever increasing costs, along with her refusal to make any changes, could’ve finally sunk into retard Salah’s thick skull.

Her health is getting worse rapidly and she is doing absolutely nothing to slow the train wreck. She can’t travel anymore and can barely move. Their “marriage” now consists of her not only eating her 3x/day takeout, but his too, punctuated by urgent runs to the health clinic that are getting more expensive each time. She isn’t even capable of taking a walk without ending up at the clinic. Even a normal person would see how this situation could get very bad, very fast and Salah probably didn’t sign up for this level of risk and expense.

I still think she’s doing a visa run, if she even leaves. But as I’ve commented before, this is going to blow up spectacularly either way. And the downward spiral is rotating faster.
