Only white women who drink too much and eat shit for a diet look like that. Let's not forget being put on birth control since age 12 or some retarded shit. Hormonal retardation.

Get yourself an Asian woman who looks beautiful with nothing on her face.

Have you always been this much of a twat or did it only start after your head got stuck up your rectum?

There's no real single generic genetic beauty standard. It's, as it has always been, promoted by those able to pitch it how they perceive. From antiquity to now, the male gaze has always lead on "what is attractive".

At one point, it was larger ladies with buxom bosums and curves. Another, it was slender, dark haired women with (seen at the time) sophisticated educations. Now, it's whatever the fuck you're told it is.

Women are under a constant state of wear this do this buy this be seen as this and always always fit in. Don't deviate from the crowd or you'll end up the crazy cat lady eaten by your felines after death. Even if some of those deviations (Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley, Elizabeth I, Marie Curie, Katherine Johnson) have made massive strides in the perception of women and women's intelligence, it the end its all back to the same thing: how someone looks.

The phrase "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" still holds true, as regardless of the societal pressures forced for us to only see certain standards as beauty, it doesn't fucking matter as someone will find your beauty for you. I'm not exactly gorgeous, probably a 5, but I'm happily married with 2 kids, because of his love of my inner beauty, not some lobotomised photoshopped pile of bullshit.

I think the strangest thing is that we wahmins have to grow up a lot faster than men in a lot of ways. We're perceived in a sexual manner much earlier than men (and I mean this in general, this is not to say young men never experience that as children, it's just a lot less common), we have to be more emotionally mature, and on average we start puberty even earlier. It's part of why the typical demographic for people diagnosed with anorexia/bulimia and other similar EDs are usually teenage girls and young women. We tend to get pressured to be adults and fit to adult standards much earlier than men are.

We don't get a choice, even as a kids it's like here's some emotional labour!

They often drink proportionally less, maybe it has something to do with ignoring discomfort and not making a link between dehydration and headache (another of the many reasons to be grumpy). It's like:
My dad: 1 cup of tea in the morning, or more like coloured water, then he has a 0,5l water bottle in the trunk he sips from sometimes and it lasts him until late afternoon.
Me (2/3 his weight): 2 cups of tea, one big coffee at home, then a big cup of strong-ass tea in the holder, another coffee at a gas station, then water or tea.
Those of my friends who keep a 6-pack of mineral water under the passenger seat and whose cars are littered with plastic bottles and also carry everywhere a backpack with a big bottle , are like walking piss factories.

Yeah cos UTIs fucking hurt

I don't like foids all that much, but if there's something that I absolutely loathe is yellow fever patients. Asian women aren't anime girls, they are actually the polar opposite. Would you like to be with a woman that constantly looked as if she was perusing your very soul with her slanted eyes? I know that I wouldn't
Have you seen a vagina in real life?

I've lurked Tumblr for a bit (mostly to see austistic obscure fanart and fancontent) and it gets pretty horrible down there, with easily influencible young girls slapfighting about stuff normal people don't care about. It's weird they feel so compelled to fight for these causes in the first places. I think for a lot of them it may come from a good place (wanting to Be Kind and stick up for the oppressed) but being terminally online and lacking in real world experience sort of ends up turning them extremely militant. Again, about something normal people don't think about. I think it's a prime example of how women are raised to be "empathetic" and all-accepting and what happens when Internet weirdos get into their head because they aren't careful.

Okay, this might not be strange in a harmful way but it surprises a lot of male friends when I told them I don't shampoo my hair every single day. Conditioner is better for daily use, but you gotta be picky with the brand and type. Just make sure it gets washed. I also had to keep correcting my brother, father, and little sister from using hairbrushes for wet hair. It makes me cringe in pain. It's for dry. Don't want tangles? Comb it with a wide tooth comb while it's WET

also some women use T-Shirts to dry their hair, haven't done that myself but i thought that was a neat fact

It isn't women who absolutely shit their pants when female celebrities are caught out with a truly bareface.

men all over Twitter were shitting themselves because they saw Sydney Sweeney without make up. Same thing happened with Pokimane not too long ago and a lot of other female celebs. Shoe0nhead's nudes had her without make-up and men called her a hideous monster.

If you started doing tiktok videos and 100% of the time you used AI filters, then one day you turn the filters off, people are going to say, "wow she's ugly without the filters"

...then somehow you twist that up in your mind into, "ITS MEN'S FAULT THAT I USE THE FILTERS!!!!"

But that's not at all true. Right at the start, you made a choice. You did. It's you. For once in your life, take responsibility for the choices that you made!

Men don't care about make-up in the way that sunlight doesn't care about how tall a tree is. It's still the tallest tree that receives the male attention. I mean sunlight.
That's exactly what I said. The tallest tree is screwing over the other trees. The sunlight isn't doing it, the trees are.

Also, trees will die without sunlight. You wont die without male attention.

My analogy holds: why do women wear makeup? Because all the other women wear makeup. It's not men making you wear it, or sunlight making trees grow tall.

The analogy breaks down if you pretend that you'll die if you don't play that game, or that you're oppressed and forced to play it. And like I said with the analogy to men spending time and money on their cars: you don't deserve any sympathy because you choose to play it.

Women who have peer groups (i.e. other women) who all agree to eschew the "male gaze" get along just fine. Take a look at these examples:
o2f4fircgat61.jpg6a3fc8205418140e548e26ecd51b538d899b2f55b75d8caec5fba694ff05491e.jpg190469.jpg28360763b17934f5edbf696741731653e9a1afdaa7f4071438acb0d1286bbc11.jpg

This happens all the time. Women get into feminism hardcore and intentionally make themselves ugly. And what happens to these women? Do they die (like trees without light)? Are they arrested by men and sent to makeup prison? Nope! Literally nothing happens to them.

So if you choose, of your own free will, to play a different game in a different peer group, and if playing that game costs you multiple hours a day of maintenance ...that's cool, but that is your choice. At least be honest about how it's your choice.

Just like the hypothetical man who spends thousands of dollars and countless hours doing mods on his car - just like how he deserves no sympathy from women for his choices - you deserve no sympathy for your choices.

"BUT MEN WONT LIKE ME!!!" - yes, men will like you. Maybe just different men. Maybe (this part is really going to blow your mind) you'll end up with men in your league. Maybe putting on makeup is you struggling to get better men. Again, that's cool if that's a game you want to play - just like it's cool with you if I choose to work 80 hours a week so that I'll have more money and (I hope/assume) get access to a hotter girlfriend. But I don't deserve sympathy because I made that choice. Without money, I'll still get a girlfriend, and without makeup, you'll still get a man (if that's even what you want).

Women have much higher risk of uti's because the distance from bladder to outside is much shorter. And one of the ways to prevent uti risk is not holding in once you have to go.
Tbh I've never thought about it this way. I was always into outdoorsy stuff, be it summer or winter, and as a kid I did not give a shit about water intake and pissing frequently enough (all drinks were sold in glass only back then, and who'd carry all the extra weight everywhere?), also about wearing wet swimsuit etc.. When there is no tea or coffee available, I don't drink much either, it's my caffeine addiction that is mostly responsible for drinking enough. Never got an UTI in my life. Neither did my relative, who is sexually inactive like me.
I don't want to say that there is no possibility I get it myself as such things can happen for other reasons too, but I hear about UTIs from sexually active women right and left.

I don't want to advise anything, as my own life is in the slow vehicles lane and fairly boring. But I want to say, it makes me think how much more responsibility and awareness in regards to ones own health brings having a sexual life (with men) in comparison to not having any, and not only in the terms of pregnancy.

Nope! Literally nothing happens to them.
I like how you say nothing happens to them, while having a collection of collages that were made to ridicule them.

If a busty woman wants to lie down on her stomach on the beach, she's gotta dig a "boob hole" for comfort before lying down. Otherwise it hurts, a lot.
Reminds me of a busty friend who explained to me in high school why she couldn't sleep on her stomach anymore.

Fair point. I'm an adult who has internalized the old adage, "stick and stones..." and I shouldn't just assume that you're an adult too.

Here's the thing: if it is your expectation that you will live a life free from ridicule, and that nobody, nobody at all, out of the billions of people on this planet, will ever make fun of you ...then your expectation is unreasonable.

I said "nothing happens to them" because being made fun of is, in fact, nothing.

I have never heard a man say "I don't care about women wearing make up". Men do care, a lot actually. The sentence "why don't you wear make up and make yourself prettier" comes mainly from men, not from women. If men actually didn't care, women like Amouranth would be very much irrelevant :)

Boobs hurt.
They hurt when they grow during puberty.
They swell up and hurt the week before your period.
They hurt when they get hit. They hurt if you wear a bra too long.

Also some women have something called fibrocystic breast disease which causes them to have boobs filled with hard cysts. This makes them even more painful if they get impacted. It also means that, unlike normal boobs, they don't shrink if you lose weight. Most boobs do have an upper and lower limit (you can't diet away D-cups), but if you have D-cups and fibrocystic breasts you can "diet away" the fat in them - leaving you with boobs that feel like they're full of rocks.

I don't think men fully grasp the severity of period cramps. They seem to think it's like a belly ache? In reality, for me at least, period cramps spread across my entire pelvis and lower back. It feels like someone behind me is pressing their knuckles into my sacrum and lumbar spine around L3-L5 and tilting my pelvis forward. It feels like my spine is contorting and bending in half. The pain even works its way into my dreams, I have a sleep paralysis demon that comes up behind me and breaks my spine. When I'm cramping like this, I literally can't stand up for very long because my low back is on fire. I have to bend forward into the fetal position to lengthen the vertebrae and relieve the pain. Days of this. Every month. Along with the sweating, fevers, insomnia, and blood clots out my vagina.

That it's not that unusually to start getting hit on by older guys when you are 10 or 11.
It is absolutely, unequivocally, 100% true.
I want everyone to know this in case they have daughters.
The getting hit on while clearly underage is a big one. In addition to that everyone can agree puberty is harder on girls but I think men are largely unaware just how fucking bad it is, and it goes beyond periods. You become weaker, boys start treating you different, your body changes and looks lumpy and weird, and you are expected to compare your underage developing body with grown women, you start acting emotional in ways you haven't before and you have no idea why or how to handle it. Then to top it all off fucking disgusting degenerate grown men, I'm talking 30+ are openly gawking at you, following you, or hitting on you, and you have no idea how to process any of this. It's even harder if you're a tomboy, which is half of the pooner problem now.
Reading these made me call my little sister to tell her how much I love her and how proud of her we all are.

I’m talking about women mistreating other women or their own daughters because of internalized misogyny. Women mistreat other women because they hate themselves. Women are taught to hate themselves and other women for being women, expressing themselves as a woman, or simply existing as a woman. It’s a cycle that’s existed for thousands of years. I mentioned it because it’s something the average woman experiences that men don’t (as often).
I can't find the exact quote now, it may have been about her song Cornflake Girl, but Tori Amos talked about how as nice as it would be if there were, there is no Sisterhood™. When a little girl is mutilated in a mud hut in Africa, it isn't a man who pins her down; It isn't a man who holds the razor-blade. That's obviously the extreme, but it got the point across to me.

I understand the sentiment, and we've all lived it, but something that might help (mentally) is that your period isn't a punishment. It's protection.
Periods are not supposed to hurt as badly as they do for many of us, but because people think "periods are supposed to hurt" that pain is usually dismissed.
Humans have periods to flush out non-viable pregnancies, because if it's non-viable, it can kill you. It's a trial by fire for the fertilized egg, and our endometrium isn't meant to be a "nice little field for the fertilized egg to nestle into" it's a wall that exists to buy us enough time to get rid of the thing if it can't make it through in time.
I really think we've all been done a disservice by having human pregnancy taught to us the way it is.

Some stuff we should all probably know:
  • The uterine lining is actually one of the last-hospitable places in the body for a baby to grow, not the most hospitable.
    • In one experiment, mouse fetuses were implanted into the eye. The fetus grew so quickly it killed the "mother". More in this Aeon essay if anyone is curious.
    • People love to talk about the fetus sending cells to help the mother heal her heart and things like that, they tend to leave out things like the fetus leeching calcium from the mother's bones.
  • Microchimerism is a thing, if you get pregnant, even if you lose it, you still have a piece of that embryo in your body for about 30 years.

It's not a punishment, but the fact people and living organisms in general aren't meant to be happy and comfortable, neither are they supposed to suffer. If evolution was a student, it would not be the one with straight A's, no, it would be that one who passes with bare minimum skill and knowledge, but passes nevertheless.

Btw., that article is one of the few sources (if not the only), that actually expain what is the point of period, why does it even exist.
