Okay, I agree. But this is actually what those words mean. Whenever a politician calls for either, it means exactly that. Any use of these words mean "some of you will die" - historically, bravery means death and destruction in the pursuit of some glory.

Sure, maybe that's not the intended purpose. But this entire argument is based around the former. It isn't what "bravery" should mean, it's about what it does mean.

Well, he doesn't understand how much death and destruction bravery led to in the war. He doesn't understand what war is, because he believes a history full of bullshit about how glorious it is. He doesn't know that America isn't a "brave nation" by its design, it's culturally unique in that Americans will negotiate objectively while most countries will only negotiate when they lose.

Don't tell me how to speak my first language. I have no idea what "bravery" means to you, but in English, it means you will do the unpleasant, for the greater good, and make the sacrifice for total victory.

Since you clearly don't understand what that means in the real world, I put it into terms you may understand. If you can't comprehend why bravery and sacrifice are values which European countries lost tens of millions of men in battle because of, then maybe we're speaking the wrong language.

You know how the USA is far away from other countries? If you fought against Mexico in a real war, even if you won - at what point, exactly, would the war be over? When the main forces surrender? The USA is likely to think "okay let's just sign a treaty" after a few skirmishes - in Europe, that could easily escalate into a full-blown genocide. So the bravery stems from that experience.

It's not paperwork. It's a fight to the death. The USA is the only country who actually sits back and thinks "okay uh, I really don't feel like sending millions of men to die, let's just call it quits and go home" - no other country does that. This is the exact opposite of bravery. This is diplomacy. Russia, the other extreme, will fight to the death at the slightest provocation. They will not surrender.

Brave people do not surrender. The USA uses diplomacy. Diplomacy includes, yes, some surrendering in exchange for other gains.

So - will you be diplomatic and surrender your poor comprehension of English words, in exchange for your dignity?

Or will you be brave, swallow your pride and suck my cock?

It's your choice.

I will say this, i'd rather live next to a mexican than a arab. The mexican is lazy unless he's getting paid. The arab will stab you without provocation. I can't blame you for your point of view. I'm not completely on board. My grandfather was Canadian by birth. A white guy. TWENTY PLUS YEARS on green card. He fought for America btw, raised here, still didn't get citizenship. That was pre 1965. Immigration back then had issues too. There needs to be a balance.

Just noticed you can see the lettering on the cap. You can see CA on the cap. Which would read
"Make America
Great Again"
Which would line up with the picture being flipped. The hat would should read MA

Canada fought for twice as long as the USA, if he moved to the USA any time between 1939 and 1944, he was trying to avoid the enormous focus on bravery and valour in Canada.

Honestly it would be like if Cuba was off the coast of Washington DC and was Russian controlled territory. The Ukraine border is only 280 miles from the city of Moscow. It's easy to fire rockets from there that cannot be easily intercepted. For a country that has little trust in its neighbors and has a dark and long history with their allies that's really not acceptable. Imagine if the State right beside yours was controlled by Bin Laden or something and he had missiles and nukes and hated your state's guts?
