El Salvador's President weighs in after Trump's speech blaming him for illegals.

They're scared shitless of Trump and it's about f'ing time.
I think blaming Bukele is kind of fucking retarded, the man turned his country from one of the most dangerous countries in the world to one of the safest in the region by just strqight up jailing all the gang members into mega prisons, he isn't paradropping them at the US border, it's just the remaining free gangsters in El Salvador that realize that they're fucked if they stay so they flee to the wide open US border.

It's interesting to see the Silicon Valley tech entrepreneurs pivot to Trump. Any genuine loyalty or support of "MAGA" most likely cannot be found among much of them. They may see a way to influence the Republican Party in the future with their wealth. One would think many of these ultra-wealthy individuals love Trumps tax cuts but may not be so fond of his appeal to unions and the common worker.
They rigged things against him because they assumed Biden would just be another mostly harmless beltway barnacle. And the profits would remain stable. 2-3 years in they're looking at the financial and economic wreckage and suddenly think "things were much better under Trump"

They disliked Trump because he was "erratic" and "uncontrollable" prone to do unexpected things. They assumed Biden was a safe establishment clown who would eat his ice cream and not fuck with shit. What they did not grasp is the people controlling the retard are youthful ideologues with no concept that things like giving people free money = massive inflation.

Yeah she’ll definitely capture the independents who don’t want a president that feeds on small children’s souls

after Bezos complimented Trump, and Elon officially endorsed him, and some other Silicon Valley hedge fund dude was saying pro Trump shit, I’m kinda scared.

Do they have souls? Are they coming around? Are the richest Americans just tired of sucking socialist dick, or are they rebelling since Biden was talking about taxing unrealized capital gainz?

I kinda feel tentatively hopeful that wokeness is running out of steam
This is what an elite preference cascade looks like. Big names start counter-signalling, then more and more, soon even the most zealous peasants get the message and go with the flow.

What news sites do you guys visit? I like the National Review and the Christian Science Monitor. I've tried The Dispatch, but I can't stand Jonah Goldberg (guy seems to be batting for the other side socially). Other than that, I'll check out videos from CNN and MSNBC to see what the spin is going to be. Any other suggestions?

Post Millennial and the Washington Examiner are good. They are quite right-leaning but usually always provide links for the subject material being talked about in an article.

It's a legitimate conflict of interest. Bukele's crackdown means that MS-13 and all those guys flee here, which is a problem for us. El Salvador is still quite small and poor, so pursuing them with anything more substantial isn't in the cards. Playing hot potato with psychotic cartelistas is the exact sort of thing that should put two nationalist leaders at odds.

A&H, as well as sifting through the deluge of schizoposts on Xitter. I also skim through the Google news feed to get a glimpse of the other side and refresh my disdain.
