Watching it now. He's already in grift mode. Really playing up how good his community is in reacting to this. Also 2 minutes in roughly and he uses "game ended". Bro use the word killed like a big boy.

He then goes into how people called him a Nazi for the video the day before for "condeming political violence". And yes he slips in a lolicon reference under the table.

Now he's going after game devs for saying crazy Loco shit. 5 minutes in btw. Really trying to grift off the gamergate audience.

Next is games journalists. Goes after some Kotaku chick for DFEing. It feels weak compared to other examples I've personally seen. Next is this Caroline woman, bitching about Gaza.

He then goes after a Halo dev. Next he PROMISES he won't make another video. My takeaway is this: I think it's funny he's roasting people... but he's a fucking Lolicon doing it. What moral backbone do you have to do this Rev? That and just the grift. Literally two videos off of a tragedy. Makes me sick.

New Rev video. Some Genshin Impact boycott because characters are too white. Now I don't give a fuck about the chink spyware game. Millions do, i cant be fucked and im not giving winnie the poo admin privilege on my PC. So I'm not a expert.

But he is REALLY intense in this video about it. No mention of loli, not the topic... but you know that's why he likes the game. We even have other lolcow threads on Genshin Impact spergs, including one that Halal'd himself on this very site. I may go through his videos later today and see what other Genshin sperging he's done.

Ok I am going full effort post. First the thing I know the thread is talking about:
The Offkai expo shit. Basically from what I recall Kirshe got banned for being to right wing on twitter. This was pretty big and reached outside the Vtuber sphere. It was covered quite a bit tbh. For reasons not known at this time other than what Rev says here in this video, he and his wife dropped out despite being booked as guests. Evidence presented from the video, time stamp 1:49:

Now what is the relationship between Kirsche between the two? Are they friends? Allies of convenience? Coworkers or whatever the closest thing is for a Vtuber?

I will admit a sin. I have watched a bit of Kirsche's streams. Work gets boring lads. And I like politics sue me. However that does let me talk about this with some perspective.

Kirsche is a political streamer that occasionally plays vidya. But mostly politics, news, sometimes reacting to TLC clips, etc. There is less acting (though it is still present) than a lot of Vtubers I would argue. Career wise this has been detrimental. She is still independent, meaning she is not part of a company. I theorize that is a result of her politics and not her entertainment value.

How does this tie to Rev? We know Rev likes jumping on to politics whenever possible. Now I am watching his video as I listen to this. Kirsche did send him DM's with the OffKai staff. Most likely because she knew he would make a video about it. And from what i've seen, she has reacted to a video of his or two on occasion (Which is very common among youtubers as we know). So what does this leave us with?

Honestly... i would say a mix between a mix of allies of convenance and coworkers. Both are independent Vtubers. There is a lot of quid pro quo i can see personally going on here. Rev helped her, so she helps him in return. She is most likely grateful to him for what he did. And he did do quite a bit. As of 7/20/2024, this video is at 114k views. Which for random independent vtuber drama, I would wager is pretty decent.

I would like to hear your opinions. Am I sucking dick for cock? Am I on the money? Did I miss something? Or is it something else entirely?
