Inactive Daniel Larson / daniellarsoncashapp / helpdaniellarson - A mentally ill pedophile obsessed with becoming a celebrity and his retarded hatedom

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
They treat him in a mental hospital until such time as he's able to assist in his own defense, then they try him on his charges.
At that point wouldn’t his defense just be “I was mentally unwell”? Seems odd that they would still want to prosecute (and I kinda suspect they’ll drop his charges after he spends time in the looney bin).

Watch the a-logs whine and complain that this is a miscarriage of justice when it’s the outcome everyone saw coming from a mile away.
As Daniel is probably sitting somewhere cozy with his med gown and applesauce, the weens are hopefully rotting in prison. Can't say I feel bad, when you make a clearly ill person do your shitty bidding, you get what you fucking deserve.

They can't just let him go. I wonder how long he'll be in the can for.
Months to years. Maybe indefinitely. I'd reckon their opening course of action is to dope him a couple months and see if he comes out less nuts on the other end, enough they can claim he's competent to stand trial. Or very optimistically, competent enough to testify against the "management" retards.
IANAL, but isn't it indefinite for insanity pleas? If they can't fix him, why release him?
He's not pleading insanity. Yet. And maybe never.

They’ve let delusional people out of the jail before so it’s probably the fed posting and who Larson is that did him in. Larson is the angry autist, if he was a calmer one he’d get the Chris Chan prison vacation instead
If they let him out, which they probably will, I won't be surprised if he ends up like this
Daniel larson, trip larsen. Coincidence? I think not

The actual defense would probably be "Not guilty by reason of insanity" and that would have to be decided by a jury.
Federal prosecutors aren't exactly nice people, they like their 90%+ conviction rate, best he can hope for is a plea deal, or the aforementioned NGRI.

The parties Case No. 1:24-cr-00130-RMR Document 24 filed 07/19/24 USDC Colorado pg 1 of 4 2 jointly ask this Court to find that the defendant is presently suffering from a mental disease or defect rendering him mentally incompetent to the extent that he is unable to understand the nature and consequences of the proceedings against him or to assist properly in his defense, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 4241(d).
Unless I've misread this and the rest of the document, it sounds to me like both sides' counsel are jointly asking for institutionalization but the court hasn't actually granted it yet. I doubt the court would deny the request but stranger (read: dumber) things have happened.

Sorry to be pedantic but I just figured I'd note it.

This is not an insanity plea. Competency is the ability to understand things in the here and now. Insanity is the ability to tell right from wrong at the time of the crime.
The evaluation showed that he is incapable of understanding his legal rights or something along those lines. This is incredibly difficult to achieve. It puts him on the level of being unable to comprehend a child's version of "Listen to your lawyer and be a good boy when Mr. Judge is speaking."

Would Daniel’s defense be able to use this development as evidence for such a verdict?
