@FedPostalService A lot of people on A&N saw the issues with the vaccines from the start. Also Trump would almost certainly never have issued mandates or fought to have people injected against their will which is a huge component of the hate for the vaccines.

On that note I am visiting family and because I am away from home I have actual TV in the background and this commercial keeps coming on against Dave McCormick. It is a pretty young woman doing makeup in a mirror and we are told by an image not directly by her that her stepfather started raping her at five and got her pregnant at twelve. I have tried minimally to find the ad but cannot.
It is strongly implied that she got an abortion but not directly stated for some reason.
They then claim McCormick stands for a total abortion ban...which is a lie. I know this because after seeing this commercial out of the corner of my eye for the eighth time this morning I looked.
He has been quoted as wanting common ground and believes there should be exceptions to any abortion prohibition for rape, incest, and saving the life of the mother(I would hope this last part might be negotiable as far as time limit) within 24 weeks.
So once again this is a campaign ad that does not just distort the views of a candidate but is completely lying about their position.
Campaign ads are more like fraud especially from the left. I cannot think of another industry where you can say something like, "Our competitor's product will LITERALLY FUCKING KILL YOU" and be subject to no consequences when you are caught lying about your competitors paper product.
Okay rant over. If I catch the name of the group behind it when it runs again probably in the next thirty minutes I will try to find it again. I would be shocked to find out it is not on YouTube.

Somebody in here already made a good metaphor about religion being the tree and morality the fruit but I have to harp on it more.
If you had been born in sandniggeristan you probably wouldn't have much of an opinion about child brides and would be a lot more keen on savage retribution even if it wasñ't the Aloha snackbar type.
That more than a third of western society has been absolutely demoralized to hate itself and distance itself from it's core morality doesn't change where that morality came from.
Can you keep the morality wothout the framework that created it and enforced it? I highly doubt it and I believe we see constant examples of this. What was degenerate 50 years ago was toñerated 25 and is now accepted.
Why waste the space and not just use a volcano to dump them in?
Pretty much, the atheist scientest is a very recent thing. Scientist in the past still had religion as a part of their lives and morality which probably stopped a few from going full Mengele and others were outright members of the faith.
That chart still fucking haunts me. Everything seemed to be recovering from the piece of shit the first half of the 2010s was and then that shit happened and everything spiralled.

This is half true.
Regarding the city, which is the real tumor of NY and the main reason why Ny winds up being blue, the scum of the city over the years have been migrating their way to other p;arts of NY, whether it be upstate or Long Island. ALOT of Asians and poos claiming their territory and fucking it up for everyone else, and take a wild guess on what side they vote for.
Outside of that though, yea everyone loves Trump. The commies are scattered here and there (you can easily spot them because they either have the LGBT+BLM Flag hanging on their property/houses or wear masks in public/cars or have bumper stickers that advertise they are a leftist), but otherwise I've been seeing more Trump support. The obvious ones are the big trucks that have the trump flag sticking out of them flapping in the wind when they drive. There's even a group of them that get together at the Bellmore train station parking lot on Sunrise Highway.

Everyone had to be gay because of overpopulation apparently, police state, always watching.
Basically 1984 but with compulsory homosexuality.

It's such a red herring. I waited for my wife to ask me about it before bringing it up to gauge what kinda rounds it's doing in normy spheres. This is before the Biden tweets about it, but after the debate. I pointed her to the rundown, the lack of funding and Trumps disavowel. It's so toothless, if it wasn't for the complete lack of ethics and strategy of the Dems and the delusions of the TDS crowd, I'd say it's absolute insanity to have this as a foundational attack on the opposing candidate for the campaign, but here we are.

That's part of it. Something you need to remember, however, is that the rest of the state has been struggling under NYC's bullshit for about a decade now, and we're long past the point where the rest of the state would have NYC glassed if it was possible. Shit like the COVID Vaccine and Masking Mandates (which were never legally binding outside NYC, but local Dem politicians cheerfully forefully applied to their own districts anyway), Cuomo's infamous Nursing Home Edict (which killed thousands of other elderly New Yorkers), the complete refusal of the Democratic political apparatus to address things like the crime crisis, their DAs prosecuting and/or failing to prosecute along political lines, completely nonsense like the MTA's Congestion Pricing model (which absolutely no one in NY voted for and got ram-rodded through by the Democrats and would have been the political death knell for them, even in their HQ district, if they'd been stupid enough to let it go through), and shit like NYC's pols being some of the most openly corrupt in the country all have a similar effect on the state as a whole:
NYC's problems become the state's problems, and their solution to all of these is to pretend those problems aren't fucking real, until the nanosecond they can't gaslight people over them, then maybe they'll deign to acknowledge them before putting a political band-aid over it and calling it a day. They cannot, and will not willingly fix any of their own problems because doing so would be a tacit admission that they fucked up in the first place. Their solution to them utterly cratering politically is to simply cheat even harder and continue to fucking ignore their own consitutents. A lot of people who are fleeing NYC are people who have been there for a decade or longer, and they aren't voting for the shitters fucking everything up. In fact, even of the more recent arrivals, few of those actually ever did - it's why NYC will do anything possible to avoid letting the public have their say - they know they'll lose.
But the rest of the state has gradually been redpilled - quite literally, in this case - by NYC's never-ending fuck-ups. The ongoing shit-show has led Repubs to sweep local elections over and over again, harder each time, with the only Dems reliably making like out bandits being the ones that were doing their fucking job in the first place (like local assemblymen). All those shitheads in the Democratic party that basically acted as NYC's cheerleaders in local districts? Almost entirely gone now. There's increasing resistance and pressure to NYC's fuck-ups, and there's only so hard they can rig things, especially with the city being in a state of ongoing decline. And there's only been one party in office for ages, so there's only one group to blame.

Of course if he had taken a shot to the chest or something and survived like Reagan he would have higher sympathy right now (which means if he had set it up this is yet another point on the graph that he'd have the assassin target his body and wear a vest to increase sympathy and avoid this very scenario. However, they'd just find another excuse to dismiss it.
But really, the physical harm is not what they should be focused on. The psychological harm is far more extreme. The violation of Trump's trust in his security, the loss of his feeling of safety, the PTSD of the moments he believed he'd die. It's honestly crazy because politicians should be supporting him if only because it should scare THEM. If the former president and current leading candidate isn't safe at a pre-planned event, nobody is. Fauci is HATED, too. They've just convinced themselves Trump is some exception who earned it and it could never be them, as they continue to fan the flames of political violence. (though I will say for the most part the politicians themselves have been smart about it, it's mostly the other public figures who are brain dead)
This feels so gross. At least you can justify some of the political tweets as 'the person in question approved the tweets' even if 99% aren't actually physically tweeting it, but this? It's just someone puppeteering Biden, most likely without the man's knowledge. It's gross.

But seriously why should I care if the president is as felon? Most presidents are lawyers, which is far worse than a felon. These stupid purity tests only exist for R candidates (the kinds of petty things said about D candidates are things like 'he's not wearing an American flag pin' and 'he didn't salute the troops' which at least are things they're actively doing now). I don't care if he's had 57 bankruptcies, killed a man, peddled drugs and his wife's a whore. I care what his policies are and what he's doing with presidential power. And they know nobody cares about the actual felonies because all they ever say is the gotcha that the Ds desperately wanted of 'convicted felon' and never what the felony was, because nobody cares if he paid off a whore to be quiet. (the fact that the actual situation is more nuanced makes that even worse).
I, personally, am against the extrajudicial punishment of felons. If my accountant is guilty of rampant embezzlement or my daycare worker went on a minor rape rampage in the 80s, sure, probably picking a different guy, but just being 'a felon' means nothing to me when it comes to a job, and I'm not suddenly changing my mind because it's the presidency.
Once again, most presidents were lawyers, judges, and lesser politicians before they were president. They definitely did way worse things than pay some woman whom they had consensual sex with to be quiet while they campaigned.
