Although he could do a lot just be removing Biden's executive orders, or issuing some of his own, Trump would still need to have representatives that back his policy in order to push it forward. I was assuming a basic scope or magnification. Assuming Herrera got the shooter's setup correct, that is literally impossible to attempt an ear shot. (He also estimated a 3 MOA setup, so a 4.5 inch target area.)

Small correction though about your comments about Betaflight. It's only the flight controller software that interprets signals from other pieces of hardware like the esc, receiver, and GPS. You can use any manner of rx as long as betaflight or inav supports the receiver protocol (usually crossfire or sbus). Betaflight also has a few autonomous features like GPS failsafe/RTH, but inav devs have done more work on waypoint missions like you find in Arducopter.
