I didn't really hate the guy, but he got a bit cringe-y to associate with. In addition to his weenery, he seemed to like the image he thought being a tr00 metalhead might have provided him a little too much. Case in point, he just couldn't laugh the whole "Gayer" thing off...

Like you, I didn't hate him but he did get cringey with what he did.(At least from what I saw like his post about being some kind of sex god or something. The wizard response is rather different) Then there was his ween attempts at trolling.

I don't think anyone hates him. In fact, I'd think that getting emotionally involved enough in a stranger's life to react that strongly to what is, more or less, just some guy is actually the very reason some users need to be removed.

I'm obviously not saying that is the case with you - I'd think of you as a pretty well-adjusted and pleasant individual - but there is overthinking some things. He didn't contriute as much good as he did bad and he got kicked out. Simple as that.

I can admit that I might be sounding like I'm trying to be a white knight or something when I posted what he wanted to tell the forums. (He was sorry and he doesn't blame people if you wondered what those words were, even then make of it what you will)
As for his contributions, I need to pay more attention to that since I never really heard of them until I asked why he had the nickname pvtdick.

And speaking of other banned users, I was always in awe of how many posts Batman made. How does one even muster up enough material to pump out 1,000 posts in a month? I visit the forums daily and I only got to 1,000 posts in my fourth month here! But if Batman's posts were of such low quality I'm surprised he wasn't banned sooner.

It's a little annoying that the users who got deleted also got their posts erased. I really wanted to see what the hell junglist was on about in the politics forum but only his quoted messages survived. It's just so revisionist! (just kidding, it must have been by accident but in the future, I think people who request to be deleted should be deactivated/banned instead)

As for PVT, I was pretty indifferent to him since I never really read his posts and therefore wasn't aware of his sperg (hence why I said he was "not a bad poster"). Though, I never liked his use of the word "faggot" or "gay" in the pejorative sense (my memory's faulty so I could be wrong about him saying that). His videos are definitely cringe-worthy! Lucky coincidence between the first two. Junglist ragequitted because nobody wanted to worship a shitty Chinese dictator with him. PVT and Batman were best friends with benefits so when one got kicked off the other followed.
