Since very early on, I’ve been absolutely unable to reconcile the Foodie Beauty with the delicately-darting eyes, eating Arby’s (the restaurant) in her car, scoping out anyone who was potentially getting closer to her, with the Foodie Beauty who would parade around the Villa in essentially no clothes in front of peetz AND 10,000 people on the internet.
I've had the same difficulty with reconciling watching a fat monster shake her fupa balls at us repeatedly, flash us intentionally (whether it be her dinner plate nipples staring despondently, cross-eyed, at the ground, or her sideways vagina with unidentifiable folds and angles from Cuba) and watching the same specimen eyedart like a lunatic whenever anyone is within 100 meters of her feeding frenzy.
It's really just the same as any keyboard warrior; no one behind the screen is real, and online she's more powerful than she ever could be in real life.
Out in the real world she is slow witted, ugly, smelly, slobby and a burden to all around her and everyone she sees out in the real world is more attractive, more successful and if they pay any attention to her it's either to gawk at her or to tell her what to do (even if that's just to tell her she has to wait her turn in line or tell her "cheese" is not an emergency and to go home and just exercise a little self control). To her everyone she sees is flaunting how in love, in shape and in control they all are because she's violently insecure and projects that on to every little glance or any response she gets.
Online is a whole other world though. Online she is in control (in her mind) and she is powerful. She decides who can and can't speak, thus she controls not only conversations but also the responses. The odds of Johnny Anybody walking down the street and being a feeder who will praise her for farting and dripping sauce on herself is next to nil, but online she can gather them all in one place and pretend their praise and approval is that of the whole world.
There's also the added bonus of not being able to see anyone face to face or hear their voice (including volume or cadence, which for her is perfect because she seems terrified of being yelled at) and they're only as "quick" with their comebacks or insults as she can read them.
She can see Mary Jane Housewife is pretty, thin, and on the arm of an attractive man, but online everyone is uglier than her*, fatter than her and less desirable than her.
Online every woman is old, single, fat and jealous, and every man is hot, handsome and wants her. She can't see otherwise, therefore it must be true.
Online Chantal looks exactly the same as the filters show her, online people are paying for the chance to talk to her, paying to see her body on OF and encouraging all her worst habits. That is her world and she's the center of the universe and the most powerful person in it. That's why she's so confident while online in her house, why she'll strip and dance and threaten people who piss her off.
She created a small pocket of the internet that did nothing but praise her (by design) and threw money at her and for years this was her whole world. She's really stupid, but not quite stupid enough to think that translates into the real world. It's also why she only keeps people around that she can buy; like her online audience they'll say and do what she wants and if they want to keep their job (as her roommate/errand boy or "husband") they'll keep their true opinions on her hygiene, ugliness, terrible personality and attitude to themselves.
TLDR; Online and Offline Chantal are completely different because online is a curated and heavily censored fantasy filled with jealous haters and the hot husbands of other women who just want her so badly, and offline is reality where Chantal is fat and I would not have sex with her.
*I'll never forget one video where she was trying to prove she was hotter than DD by holding up a pic of DD and then comparing it to a picture of herself fully filtered rather than comparing it to her actual self that was sitting right there on camera.
This summary was worth reading. She was on for almost 5 hours, and a significant portion of that time was spent going back and forth with Salah about food.
The amount of distress she experienced because she couldn't eat an oversized donut, compounded with the panic when her ice cream order was disrupted is worth the whole stream. She kept making completely deranged faces which she then pretended were inorganic and totally feigned to be "cute," but it was absolutely mask off rage at being unable to stuff sugar into her diabetic maw immediately.
My god, I always imagined it went this way when she was craving something and denied but to see it play out on camera is insane. She really seems to think this behavior is somehow cute (probably leftover from her mom or grandma's coddling) even as the legit rage builds.
I know food can apparently be addictive (I admit my ignorance to non-chemical addictions) but this is just a spoiled brat on display.
With her health problems she still can't even put off a craving for a few hours.
Knowing it can
kill her she can't even say no to
ice cream less than 24 hours after already indulging in a grotesque amount of sweets.
She's just a completely feral creature willing to burn everything in her life down because she wants candy and she wants it now now now.
She goes into full addict tantrum over sweets like a pathetic child.
Whoever taught her the excuse of "hangry" deserves a day in the stocks along with the person who taught her the term "shaming".
