Give me my rainbows, but I think the party is going to coalesce around Harris relatively quickly and painlessly and the the convention is going to be peaceful. I don't think any of the other rumored names want to touch this shit show with a ten foot pole. Career suicide.

It probably will be peaceful with nomination, but violence by protestors.

But she has no real candidates for VP. Newsom won't do it unless they pay him off massively and he never has future aspirations. Mark Kelly could be VP and if they rig it and she wins, blue state governor due to fraud can put a democrat in as his senate replacement until '26. Roy Cooper in NC is already leaving as governor this year. Kentucky governor is democrat.

If she picks another woman Trump will win +6 nationally.

Trump's team probably has been sitting on an ad with black mean in California being put in hard time for minor drug offenses thanks to Copmala, and already this will push black men to vote for Trump even more. And Copmala is such a failure who emboadies everything wrong with Joepedo's term they can't even make her endearing to women voters beyond "it's her turn." That doesn't mean shit when you can't afford food or housing and are getting raped by illegals.

-put in charge of fixing the border and we've had historic levels of illegal immigration ever since
-sound bites are obviously rehearsed and she keeps pulling the same 3 phrases into every speech (what can be, unburdened by what has been)
-called Biden a racist in the 2020 primary debates and then agreed to be his VP when her 2020 primary campaign totally failed

Biden timed this so the Democrat political class had to scramble otherwise he would have done it at 8AM. They are ALL on conference calls right now.

Exactly as planned... by me.

If it happens at all, I think it happens late on Sunday. Give Trump his bump, let the news cycle calm down for a bit, let the Sunday shows expend themselves on random speculation. Then dump the announcement going into a work week when people will be too busy to obsess over it.
