Looks like bossman is endorsing a fraud site that steals deposits when they get the chance under their ToS lol.

We need some more reviews on Trust Pilot
I'm completely fine with BMJ being used as a honeypot for retards, if your defence when knowingly breaking the law on a gamba website is "a crackhead retard did it, so I thought I could too" you should automatically have a conservatorship set up in your name because you must be too stupid to handle money.

There's a big distinction between "a crackhead retard did it" and "the official partner of the website (who happens to be a crackhead retard) did it". Gambling huge amounts of money you can't afford to write off is stupid, but not because you shouldn't trust the people the website sponsors to follow the rules.

From a legal perspective, I do not think it counts as fraud because not using a VPN actually in the ToS you sign, and a KYC procedure is only necessary when withdrawing, for AML regulation reasons.
What are they supposed to do though? KYC people before depositing would cause friction and discourage people from signing up and starting to play, and sending money to US citizens without them having the proper license to do so is illegal.

Obviously a shady website playing the rules, like most vice websites, but to call that a "scam" sounds silly to me.

It's no different from when you sign up to Paypal, use it a bit, and then they KYC you when you reach 1k spent or whatever the limit it. If you have been breaking the financial/AML regulations (fake name, underage, banned country, etc) they will keep the money, it's illegal for them to give it to you.
I'm going to have to pipe in here a little. The sites know when you are using a VPN, and KYC applies to the start of a transaction, not just the end. KYC requirements should and usually are at the start of a transaction, so the moment the person stared playing, they would have known they were using a VPN and instead of opting to cease their playing ability, they allowed it to continue and only pipe up when they are asked for a withdrawal, and not a deposit. Having weak requirements to start playing is part of the scam.

That is a scam site. You said "...KYC people before depositing would cause friction and discourage people from signing up and starting to play..." which is the point of KYC requirements. The site is deliberately there to profit from taking deposits they know they are not allowed to take in the first place, that they know have not been verified as legitimate. Now, one can point to the user and say "You ere always going o be fucked", but at the same time, one can point to the company and say "You were always going to fuck people over" which is also true.

Does anyone actually doubt that this company does indeed allow deposits for people or creates work arounds for the people they want to be able to play in illegal countries? Of course not. We see this with BMJ do we not?

If I've got something wrong in what I've said, pipe in and let me know.

A viewer donated BMJ $323 worth of ETH, BMJ goes straight to mines and loses it all, goes offline, and starts whining in the chat. I'm pretty sure he is faking the outrage because he goes back online instantly and starts posting his crypto address and trying to farm donos

He's waiting to get his daily pay so he's just pissing away viewer money on mines. Not a bad way to spend a morning tbh

Slightly more context to the above: He lost it all on mines after telling the juicer he was going to slots and would run it up fat. Howl mines is 100% rigged and wrong.

Someone in chat said "this is wrong dewd..." which didn't help Bossman's mood.

I’m still torn between which gives me more pleasure. Keyboard, headphones or mouse death? I’m torn!

Perhaps we should do a poll on this.
Mice are easy to replace. For me, the real toss-up is between the keyboard rage (which is way more vivid but less expensive) and the headphones (usually just a slam but way more expensive to replace). I think the keyboard rage is my fave, honestly.
