If I can be honest here;

The left movement has caused the most unrest in the past 8 years at minimum. Taking EU for example: Angela Merkel and the EU council's immigration policy is 'sound' on paper, but in practice it is a nightmare of epic proportions. They thought that by increasing immirgants from non-eu countries would help the declining populace. In reality it is causing more strain on the average eu citizen who wants stability in their life. Naturally these leaders (the modern day noblity) are not aware (in reality ignoring) of what is happening as they live in walled off communities that the average man (which at this point is becoming the filthy peasant) is not allowed to enter.

Trump's rise to power is upsetting to them because he is a wild card, a guy who plays by his rules and is able to ruin their plans. Unlike Merkel, Obama or Clinton, they can't pay the guy who has the means to get the money.

The sword of Damocles is now hanging above their heads and they are fearing its fall. Unfortunately for them their attempts is more likely to cause them more harm than good.

This moron thinks that's actually a bad thing. Literally, it's a bad thing for people to even talk to each other.

One of my favorite things about Rachel Maddow is she actually has people she completely disagrees with about basically everything on her show, and then actually lets them talk instead of screaming over them. That's why these people, who would never appear on any other left wing media, show up on her show. They know they will be treated fairly.

Those people are routinely trashed in nut media just for doing that.

People talking to each other is never a bad thing. There's a name for groups that think it's sinful or evil even to talk to people who disagree with them. They're called cults.

He's assuming they had the common man's trust BEFORE the election went AGAINST the media-backed candidate with literally ALL THE STOPS pulled out.

And another thing that's not being noticed by the leaders on the left, that one of the reasons they couldn't get any mud to stick to Trump was because the kind they were slinging was the kind the common person is tired of getting slung on them. Every disagreement in policy is because racism or sexism, or transphobia, and the more you try to explain yourself, the louder they yell the slurs at you and the more they try and deny you a platform to even talk to them (and freely admit they're doing so in the name of justice!) The media's feelers weren't out there critiquing his policy plans, they were hiding in the bushes waiting for him to tell that one off-color joke or insensitive said-in-anger comment and instantly plastered it over every billboard, message board, bulletin board and bus stop in the country as "HERE'S THE SMOKING GUN! HE'S RACIST! AND DECENT FOLK DON'T ELECT RACISTS, SO WHAT YOU GONNA DO? HUH?! "

People saw them do that to Trump, and their first thought wasn't "My gosh, what a racist/sexist asshole" but "I know EXACTLY what he's feeling....." and the empathy only built from there.

Either way, whoever drew those swastikas would be the first in Dachau if the Nazis had caught them drawing such poor symbols.
