I don't think it was a legitimate panic attack, it may have been another screaming fit to make Keemstar think he was having a panic attack and give him sympathy for a while again. But the others in the house probably were concerned or more likely, irritated when kept shouting and so cut off his internet. The side eye was probably him noticing when one of them came into his room to do it, but he couldn't pause his act to shoo them away because Keem wasn't buying it.

I believe, I heard him say once, that his therapist said to him, he was a covert narcissist, but not that he was diagnosed with a personality disorder.

There is actually a youtube channel, I can't find it now, of a diagnosed psychopath. The whole channel is about their attempt to live like a normal person and trying to understand normal emotions and how to deal with them. It's some woman, but I forget their name.
