The fact that the thread's OP simultaneously knows nothing about PhaseConnect while knowing everything about Pippa leads me to suspect that he's mad about his friend group never shutting the fuck up about Pippa and chose to make that thread instead of just telling his friends to shut the fuck up about her. There's an ocean of lolcow vtubers out there, but he chose Pippa specifically and not someone like Kiki.
