Nah fam, Allan/Allen is a very common surname in Scotland and Cameron is a not-uncommon first name. I've not looked up the actual numbers but I'd guess there are more than a handful of men called exactly this up there.
And on a related note, Aoife is a very common Irish name. I know at least four, off the top of my head. Troons outside of Ireland choosing it are definitely pickme idiots, but the name itself isn't ridiculous so much as traditional Gaelic (ok maybe it's both).
Aoife has been a top ten girls name here in Ireland for decades. It's far from fake. Although it would be a strange choice if the troon wasn't Irish because any Aoife here would tell you how much foreigners struggle with the pronunciation.

Most trannies deliberately trap partners. It's not something they decide to do post marriage, usually.
