Because the polls show the way things are going. Big swings like this are a reliable way of detecting if the steal is in. Yes, obviously the polls are fake as fuck. You don't swap candidates three months before an election and get a +4 boost in polls.

The point is that because the polls read that way, you can *see* what they're doing in November.

I will say, we're only, what, 36 hours after Kween Coconut's coronation and the Ds avoidance of a shitshow of a national convention. I'm keen to let them have their early victory lap. DU is an absolutely insufferable shithole right now with everyone dancing 'round the maypole and pretending that everything is going just as planned (with any mention of, um, maybe this wasn't the most democratic way of going about this being a bannable offence now).

Just let them tire themselves out. Trust me, I've got experience in rearing children.

They pretended that Biden was mentally sound tell it was impossible to cover it up (P.S. This is also one of the reasons why their pivot to the age issue is not going to work); if there was something sophisticated going on behind the scenes, they would have dealt with that at the midterms. Kamala was one of the worst candidates to choose in terms of a trump matchup, as she was put in charge of the border and has a terrible record. Also, despite popular belief, the Dem base does not always vote blue no matter who, and if you watched that video you were sent, you would have understood why. She will have issues with parts of the Dem base and left-wing independents. While I agree there will be a bump in the polls, you are mistaken in believing that will last with that record. Kamala will still be seen as an extension of the Biden administration and will be burdened with the same issues that made him unelectable. Her being the candidate will not magically change people's opinion of the economy or the border. Also, none of this addresses the garbage polling that is supporting Kamala right now, or the trump internals that have him up in states thought impossible this election cycle.

They polled Trump vs Kamala. Kamala was more unpopular just 1 week ago. Hell the whole "stick with Biden" was because he polled better than her.

How does Biden dropping out make Kamala poll better? Logically speaking it should only go down cause it shows bullshit to cover for Biden was being done by Kamala. The media push has just started. These initial positive polls from Reuters are part of that.

What it shows is that yes they are going to shoot a real shot on Kamala and throw a billion dollar campaign at her. Yes they will ballot dump. Will she win? Whoever is running the show and made the SS director step down is going to at bare minimum make Trump work for it.

Trumps biggest hope is the Jews at this point. Kamala is getting support from the pro Hamas side. Aipac and Israel might be able to get Don in if they sour on Harris.

And the tech bro circle are not trustworthy. Vance was a play to that crowd. They will betray Trump for assurances. The issue with the assasination attempt is that it broke their confidence in assurances. It undermined Bezoes confidence in his ex SS security team and let him know he could be on the list if he toes out of line. What the Dems are going to try and sell is the disfunction was because of Biden to people like Bezos. We will see if he buys it or not.

It's why I'm so certain about Trump's possible victory despite all that and project 2025 fear mongering.

Oh, so you know, that Rueturs poll you referenced earlier had a D+6 bias and still looked terrible in the cross tabs. Kamla did poorly in the cross tabs among the white working class, which would make winning in the rust belt nearly impossible.

The DNC convention starts August 19th right? That's plenty of time for them to get comfortable, have Harris do some speeches and debates and fail badly, and have them become even more divided on the best candidate to choose. If Biden comes out waving a cane yelling that he never agreed to that letter saying he'll not run again, then even more chaos.
