The Israelis are very petty and sensitive about things. They will not accept being publically rebuked and privately supported.

I think one of the big problems america is going to have with Kamala is her past and how she continually traded sexual favors for power and I think that makes it really hard for her to win with the average voter. Whether you agree with muh female empowerment or not you have to realize that this is going to be our representative on the world stage and most of the world is still pretty patriarchal. I feel like hardly any male world leaders would respect her and walk all over her just like they did Biden, but for different reasons.

I know this is going to sound crazy to a lot of kiwis but IMO Hilary would be a better choice as far as having a strong leader goes. I mean she's psychotic, but she's created enough of a presence around her that most leaders would probably treat her as like a normal milquetoast male president (again, not Biden - Biden has been completely feckless).

I'm just glad we're leaving the Biden chapter behind us, hopefully the next democrat we get will at least marginally help return things to normal. I don't think we can continue much further down this path of increasing divisiveness. We could really use an Obama-tier republican candidate to move things back to around 2012 and get the far left and far right to calm down.

The issue is, that's in no way empowerment. That's the status quo and putting yourself under another to get a better place in the world. It's only empowering in the sense that you have no worth except your fellatio skills. Which could be argued is a skill that should be... uplifted and celebrated.

Kamala is where she is only because she appeased men with her body, it's her foundation, enforcing the idea that women only get anywhere with sex. And lo and behold, here she is, potential President of the United States. Proving a supposedly sexist stereotype right.
