Former president Barack Obama hasn’t endorsed Kamala Harris’ presidential bid because he doesn’t think she can beat Donald Trump, according to a source close to the Biden family.

Following Joe Biden’s shock resignation from the race on Sunday, and his immediate endorsement of the vice president, most of the Democratic elite have been quick to rally behind Harris — but Obama is a notable exception.

“Obama’s very upset because he knows she can’t win,” the Biden family source told The Post.

“Obama knows she’s just incompetent — the border czar who never visited the border, saying that all migrants should have health insurance. She cannot navigate the landmines that are ahead of her.”

“When you are running for president there are things you can and can’t say.”

I'm dreading when it comes here in 2032. Due to the hyper immigration here, infrastructure is already getting overloaded, schools, roads, hospitals. And the Olympics is still 8 years away! 😨

I feel like that would be more meaningful if they didn't ban Russia or have several countries just use Chinese athletes

Additional information. The head of the FEC is saying that no, Kamala can't have access to Biden's funds -- they must be refunded -- and the DNC is having a sad about it.

So here's my theory as to what they thought the gameplan would be. Biden-Harris becomes Harris-TBD, and Harris-TBD gains access to all of Biden-Harris's money. Before Harris loses in the open primary, or steps down/rejects the nomination, the Harris-TBD campaign uses up all the money on attack ads against Trump and other generically useful stuff for the party. Then, having wasted the entire warchest, she's removed from the ticket / they push forth the real candidate / etc. There's suddenly no money left -- it's been spent! -- so no icky refund mess or questions about if Clinton-Newsom can use the funds or what have you.

Maaaan, they spent all that time programmatically breaking up megadonor black money to look like populist support and the FEC had to harsh their vibe!
Total buzzkill, if they don't want to learn anything from Hillary outspending Trump 1.5x and still getting roasted b/c she's a charisma void that wouldn't visit Wisconsin that's their prerogative
