I consider it really unwise to unnecessarily get involved in lawsuits, as a general principle.
In this case, specifically, I doubt much good will happen.
1) The courts like settlements. They want parties to settle. Settlements mean less work for the courts. If some third party tries to get involved and shit on a settlement, the court is likely to be disinclined towards that party on standing and merit
2) even more so when that party is KF
3) I think the court reading that settlement (which it approved) as a violation of the 13th Amendment is... "unlikely."
Even in the alternative, I don't think stebbins is likely to be stopped in any meaningful way by intervention in this case. He will continue to do things for free while legal expenses happen on the other side (except for people dumb enough to represent pro se). It would possibly be funny but it's not like he needs to have his string pulled for that.
I know they're better heeled, but I'd rather Liz dong gone and the tech companies have to worry about the litigation fund than this dumbass.
