Even the term "transgender" was deliberately popularized in order to merge the ideas of "transsexual" (old school HSTS) and "transvestite" (old school AGP). It's because Liberalism functions on the rejection of the idea of Original Sin. Since they (along with marxists) believe that humans are good and only do bad due to colonialism or oppression, they impose their idea of "Heaven" on Native Americans.
