I thought that was implied based on 1.) He seemed to already know what the image was, as if he had viewed it before. 2.) He responded to the Twitter user's complaint within one hour.

But I suppose that if we want to be really extremely (and probably too) generous, he could have made an aide view whatever material the system had detected. But it seems like he goes out of his way to personally manage bullshit like this, especially if it's an excuse to unban someone. It's part of his support for his warped interpretation of "free speech".

It was apparently uncensored enough that the system tagged it as CP. Musk immediately goes out of his way to unban someone who had been distributing child NSFW content, which I might add is an illegal act in the US (regardless of if you're distributing it to "expose" someone). But Twitter seems to have a license to host this kind of content, for some reason, which would get most other websites taken down.

You'd think Musk would really have something better to do with his life than micromanaging this stuff, even if he isn't being malicious about it.

I can't really see how filming someone else being sodomized would not be pornographic in intent? At best, the person filming didn't seem to give enough of a shit about the victim to intervene. Just lets it happen while filming it.

How can I argue about something I don't even know what the fuck it is? Dost test:

Whether the focal point of the visual depiction is on the child's genitalia or pubic area.

Whether the child is depicted in an unnatural pose, or in inappropriate attire, considering the age of the child.

I honestly don't see any good reason for it being on the site, censored or not. It's a video of a kid being raped and molested, there's no excuse for posting that online for everyone to view.

If you want to argue that "technically" a video of a child being raped with a broom isn't automatically CP, then it opens the door for other cases using the same argument, even actual CP could be argued through it. A child being raped or molested should just be treated like CP and banned, whether it's meant to be CP or not.

You can say it's part of a war and part of news but a description of the video is plenty, if others can corroborate it exists. Similairly, we don't need to upload daisy's destruction online to know it exists and is fucked up.
