"A man is known by the company he keeps." - Aesop.
Mr. Beast
James Stephen Donaldson, also known worldwide as MrBeast is an American youtuber turned philantropist who has been in the platform since 2012, but started uploading videos in 2014, gaining notorierity ever since started doing Minecraft videos and then starting doing challenges for fun, with one of his most famous old videos him counting to 1 million in one sitting and reacting to Youtube intros made by kids. In the last decade, MrBeast launched a brand on his name that proved to be extremely successful thanks to charities and giving away money to people for free through multiple activites, like contests, lotteries (more on this later) and multiple trips with his friends. Managing to gain worldwide notorierity and turning himself into one of the most, if not the most succesful youtuber that ever set foot on the platform. Gaining over 300M subscribers at the time of writing this thread.
However, during recent events on what happened on his very small circle of friends, it appears that the big empire that Jimmy built for himself is finally starting to erode, giving more proof that if you're succesful and try to mantain a tranny friend with you in the road of success, you're going to crash and burn. It would be a cautionary tale if not for the fact that Jimmy probably knew about the dirty laundry about his best friend, Chris Tyson, that involves on other things, the grooming of various kids during the time, Chris having a collection of drawn child pornography made by psychopatic lolcow Shadman and having a very questionable group of friends itself, like the infamous Giggly Goonclown and Jean Hollywood.

Considering how much good apparently he does for the world, people have the argument that nothing about what he does in his videos and his uncountable charities as something genuine or something he does out of the kindness of his heart. Many argue that the only reason that he does this is for searching the perfect shield for any kind of criticism against him and his brand, and given how he slowly sees himself as a emotionless robot every year, that argument has some value. He doesn't have problems to admitting it either.

Sounds like a pretty composed guy with no serious problems on his own, right?
How could Jimmy let all this happen? There are many questions left to be answered, and the reason this thread was made was to centralize these thoughts and come to a conclusion of what could be and see if Jimmy has some skeletons in the closet than he lets on at first glance. He knew.
Early Life:
Like many others before him, MrBeast started as a very small gameplay channel, without too much to talk about, his content was mainly gameplays of Minecraft and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 while adding some commentary in the gameplays when he did it, he started talking about tips on how to make it big on Youtube and for a period of time he was also a drama commentary channel, focusing only in Youtube drama, to be exact. He would delete a large majority of that content of his channel in an attempt to completely rebrand the channel when it finally took off. However, if we look into the Lost Media Wiki for some context of what he used to upload to the site, we might have an idea of what kind of content he used to upload to the site. Some of them were found, some of them were not.

And some of these videos would have interesting choices for topics, unfortunately, these ones seem to be lost in time.

The moment when he started to grow, as you can see, is when he made the Worst Intros of Youtube series, mocking a majority of channels that had cringe intros, the majority being about kids channels. (You like foreshadowings, right?)
Giving this unique style of video at the time, his channel slowly but surely started to grow, gaining 30,000 subscribers at the time. After feeling that he might be finding gold on this career path, he decided to drop out East Carolina University, to work full-time on Youtube. Saying in his words: "'I'd rather be poor than do anything else beside Youtube." Something that his mother strongly disliked and that was enough to apparently kick him out of the house. Something that apparently Jimmy thought it was a showing of love.

As his channel started to grow more and more, some of childhood friends started to show up on his videos. People like Chandler Hallow, Garret Ronalds, Jake Franklin and his best friend, Chris Tyson, and they quicky started to be a group together, doing challenges and doing games in every video, doing crazier challenges every time he went.
During some time in 2015, Jimmy would upload this video, to set the record straight on what he wanted to do from now on and upload it five years into the future, that was in 2020.
And it's not an exaggeration, because Jimmy would eventually start doing crazier and crazier challenges so that he could get the algorithm's attention so that his channel could slowly start to grow. And it wouldn't take long for it to pay off.
Rise to Fame:
On January 8, 2017, Jimmy would upload a video where he would count to 100,000, one that would last almost 24 hours. It's mostly a junk video that contributes to nothing special except counting in numbers, but this nonetheless, would be his first viral video.
He would gain a lot of subscribers and views after that, managing to gain a lot of followers in the process and having his channel starting to grow. However, this was just only the beginning of his rise to the top. Something far greater would form in 2018 that was the perfect opportunity for him to grow even more than he could ever imagine.
During October 2018, he would join the "Subscribe to Pewdiepie" cause in the subscriber war against T-Series, making a two-video saga. Spending a lot of money on advertising, billboards, TV appearances, radio appearances, even appearing at the Super Bowl in order to convince people to subscribe to Pewdiepie and help him for the cause of getting to 100 million first.
This cause was received very positively, and that saw an astronomical increase in subscribers for that short period of time. Starting to see how MrBeast was beginning to be perceived as "a good person". Something that would begin to grow the more time passed. The success of this campaign was so much that he eventually would participate in the Youtube Rewind made by Pewdiepie and also participating in the Congratulations music video. (Which now two people participating in it were exposed as horrible people, weird.)
This participation would give an enormous boost to his channel, and by that, more income for him and his channel. Reaching to 100M subscribers by the end of 2019, keeping growing since then.
Controversies:
Being the channel with the most subscribers on YouTube, it was clear that someone like Jimmy would get into controversy sooner or later, it's something that is inevitable, and Jimmy being someone who does charities and being impossibly kind and good to everyone, you would think he wouldn't be in a situation like that. But as you know by now, nothing could be further from the truth. He has been in several controversies, but they didn't do much to hurt his brand, however, they were notable enough to cause certain impressions about him and the people around him. Here are some examples of it.
The Jackscepticeye Rivalry:
Jimmy does not like when he's being criticized, not a little bit. He rarely got criticized before the exposé of Dogpack, he was a good guy who did charity, and good guys who do charity cannot be criticized in anyway. But, some youtubers in the platform did not think that way.Take for example, Jackscepticeye, who participated in a video which had nothing to do with MrBeast, but that didn't stopped him on throwing some hard punches at him and what he represented for Youtube.
As you can see, Jackscepticeye did not hold back on the punches, and he give his opinion clear on what Jimmy was and how his channel was affecting the landscape of Youtube. While also saying that he hated the pedophiles in the platform, I do wonder...
Of course, Jimmy did not like this at all. And seethed hard at him with a tweet giving his thoughts on the matter.

They would settle down later, with Jimmy clarifying that Jack apologized to him in private and both could go on with their lives. But considering recent events with how Jimmy can handle accusations like that, one has to wonder if Jack really apologized to him or was forced to. Considering how direct he was in the video, it certainly took a couple of bucks on Jimmy's part to get the apology he wanted.

MrBeast Burger And The Burgers From Hell:

On December 19, 2020. MrBeast founded a virtual fast-food chain called MrBeast Burger. In an attempt to expand his franchise into the food line as he did with the Feastables chocolate bar, Jimmy would found the company with distributors Virtual Dining Concepts, known for making the Planet Hollywood restaurant chain.
Virtual dining is a method for existing restaurants to adopt new brands through delivery apps like Grub Hub and Uber Eats. The concept was that anyone could order from these apps, and nearby locations could prepare the food and package it for delivery. It sounded like a good idea in theory, since it could help several small restaurants that were closed due to the 2020 pandemic to continue making money doing delivery service.
However, this presented a flaw that then became quite apparent the more the weeks went by. And that is the fact that in making these burgers, proper quality control was not done when making and packaging these burgers. Something that was never controlled or made a priority. And with a brand as big as MrBeast, this was going to be a big problem.
As the weeks passed, the first posts about the food arrived. This image came with the subsequent lawsuit Jimmy would make to Virtual Dining Concepts, a burger that was just pure raw meat.
Or this one, where the burgers looked just plain disgusting.

Raw chicken burger as well. The kicker being that the guy didn't even get a refund from this.
And this one that looks like someone jizzed on it.

Others went directly after the MrBeast Burger accounts, making alleged claims about their local MrBeast Burger locations being shut down, apparently being health code violations the reason of the shutdowns.
This became a little trend during the following weeks on the restaurant getting popular. Of course, Jimmy was not pleased to see so many bad reviews about the food. He gave the following statement on his Twitter account, being forced to apologize for what happened. Calling it a "harsh lesson to learn".

Following this Tweet, Jimmy announced that he would be severing the agreement between himself and Virtual Dining Concepts.

However, breaking the alliance with this company would not be an easy thing to do, whatever happened between the scenes probably was not good, so a lawsuit by Jimmy against this brand followed. Denouncing the other company for making the subpar burgers and making the brand a disaster to work through.
Speaking of disasters, the lawsuit was equally so, it is not known if it was because of Jimmy or a terrible job done by his team of lawyers, but in the face of the first lawsuits. The judge was clearly not happy with what was written.

And to add to the other, Virtual Dining Concepts added a counter-lawsuit. He even demanded that Jimmy should pay more than $100 million in this regard.

The key factors of the lawsuit were:
- According to Forbes, the suit alleges Donaldson didn’t meet promotional obligations and goes further to say he made “disparaging comments” about MrBeast Burgers and VDC that caused irreparable harm, pointing to a number of now deleted tweets in which Donaldson said he wanted to end the partnership and signed a bad deal.

- VDC argues in the suit that the restaurant—MrBeast Burger—and company suffered a damaged or destroyed reputation from Donaldson’s statements, including losing vendors, suppliers and customers, that caused damage “in the nine-figure range.”

- The suit comes just one week after Donaldson sued Virtual Dining Concepts seeking to end their relationship, arguing VDC was giving customers “low-quality products … delivered late, in unbranded packaging” that were sometimes “inedible”—Donaldson was seeking “the immediate right” to end the deal with VDC and undisclosed monetary damages.
1. Breach of Contract
2. Breach of a Letter of Agreement
3. Breach of Covenant for Fair Dealing
4. Emergency Injunction to halt for disparagement requested
5. Tortious Interference with prospective contractual relations
6. Tortious Interference with prospective business advantage
7. Declaratory Judgment on the breach of contracts and letters
8. Declaratory Judgement on the Tortious Interference and Fair Dealing.
After all of this contersuit, it seems that Jimmy pussied out from following the lawsuit and suggested a withdrawal.

With this being a lawsuit that was made before things got really ugly for Jimmy. His lack of judicial experience and ability to deal with legal issues of this nature was made evident. Seeing how bad he left this case, it would not be surprising if Jimmy now leaves all legal matters to be handled by a representative and his legal team.
Big shoutouts to @mindlessobserver for covering the lawsuit in the first place, you are awesome.
The Chris Tyson Grooming Allegations:
On June 13, 2024. A YouTube channel by the name of @Prism42 posted a video making a discovery that would create a catastrophic ripple effect for MrBeast's brand.

The big revelation came when he says that when Chris was in his 20s and going to College, he started talking with a 13 years old boy. He befriended the boy, and there are many public conversations of them. The boy even appeared in a few Mr. Beast livestreams. Here is the craziest thing, as soon as the boy got old enough to start driving (16), he took an RV and drove to the middle of nowhere (a forest) to meet Chris in person, and spend a few nights together. For what? Who really knows, until this day those days in a camp remain a mystery, but considering all of what Chris is known for now, it's not really hard to assume what could've happened in those days in the camp.
But, even though this was big news. The operation to unmask Chris almost fell apart because the user was a fucking idiot who tried to overplay his hand and almost caused Chris' accusations to be dismissed, he even tried to communicate to EDP445 to give his perception through the eyes of a groomer about the situation. Which caused the news to slow down for a short period of time, however, when the news reached outside the forum, it caused a giant domino effect.
To make a long story short, among several discoveries among the people of Kiwi Farms, Drama Alert and other users, it was learned that Chris Tyson was part of a Discord server that was semi-official to MrBeast's channel in which there were many minors. Not only that, but also on that server was a NSFW channel, which shared porn, nudes and hentai material, most prevalently of the loli genre. Which was quickly frowned upon the internet. While the typical guntguarding trannies were quick to come to Chris' defense in the face of the monstrous evidence against him, that defense quickly fell apart when the Discord chat logs were leaked. Causing a lot of uproar and open contempt for Chris.
And the more the drama spread like wildfire, the more people were beginning to ask the same question. "Did Jimmy even know anything about any of this?" it was clear that he had to know something, considering Chris and Jimmy were friends who had known each other for a long time, they were best friends, how could he not know? Well... In one of the videos, you can see Jimmy staring in plain sight a poster of infamous degenerate artcow, Shadman. A poster in which Chris had it shamelessly on his house.

Well, the answer would slowly start to come out, when Jimmy first came out to defend himself with a concise tweet (which was probably done by his legal team), saying that he would finally get rid of Chris and that an investigative team would be hired to get to the bottom of it all.

Archive
And of course, this was received with more backlash than it was intended. Rising more suspicion on how much Jimmy really knew at the time that he had Chris under his wing. And those suspicions and contempt they would have for Jimmy would only get worse for the next few days.
When the Discord chat logs finally came out, it didn't take long for Kiwi Farms users to slowly begin to discover that Jimmy was on this very server. That he had porn, porn bots, hentai, lolis, openly talking sexually while the server was full of minors.

But while people were theorizing about whether maybe he was part of the server or not, suddenly all those doubts were dispelled when a user managed to make the connection and confirm that he did, in fact, had a Discord account on that server.

Without a doubt this time, Jimmy knew. Not only that, the account was still in the MrBeast Gaming server.

The DogPack404 Exposé Video:
While the drama with Chris Tyson and what happened on his Discord server was in full swing, another even more serious drama awaited MrBeast around the corner.
On July 23, 2024, a new user in X claimed to have worked with MrBeast for a while, and to prove that he was what he said he was, he uploaded a ton of images, describing that MrBeast had a lot more than he showed, and the scandal with Chris was just the tip of the iceberg.

On July 24, 2024, a video appeared out of nowhere. Apparently made by an ex-employee of MrBeast's brand, with the nickname DogPack404, he made a video of almost an hour, where in great detail he gave several serious accusations about Jimmy and the brand. Three things being the main themes of the video.
- Jimmy fakes videos, the most serious being that he fakes contests. Not only that, but also most of the subscribers who took part in the competitions are not subscribers at all, but only MrBeast's employees, acquaintances or relatives.
- Feastables, and the controversy surrounding if it's really healthy and also covering it's shady promotion.
- Probably the most important theme of the video, is the fact that he promotes gambling to little kids in his audience, and not only that, but also faking giveaways, falsifying signed t-shirts or not giving money that was promised.
- There are CGI elements in Mr. Beast videos to amp up the excitement
- Mack videos are all definitely scripted. The guy bought a mansion before moving to North Carolina. They did a storyline where he loses all the contests but wins everything in the last video.
- The shipwreck video was faked and they didnt stay on the raft.
- Timers are edited in videos in post production to add tension.
- Dialogues are made in post production.
- Most of the people in the videos are not random subscribers. Most people are random celebrities, employees, or family of the employees.
- The Creator Games charity video was faked and certain contestants were eliminated for rules that other people in the video broke.
- 1 million dollar giveaway for feastables but 1/3 of the prizes were coupons for Mr. Beast products
- Mr. Beast using psychological near miss effect. Also using a digital slot machine to do a sweepstakes for feastables
- 2k calories for the Zaxby Mr. Beast box, but Mr. Beast wants to promote healthiness
- Predatory advertisement with feastables, mostly a lottery company where instead of it being a ticket it is a chocolate bar
- You can enter a feastables sweepstakes through mailing in with your name on an index card but this is hidden deep in the FAQ section
- Mr Beast asking children to stock shelves and photograph themselves doing it. Children who submitted a photo had a chance for compensation.
The 100 Boys vs 100 Girls Rigged Contest:
In his 100 boys vs girls video. Jimmy made a video that was about the "gender wars" type of competition. He gave them an objective of which gender group could solve 100 rubik's cubes the fastest. Because he picked out 100 people there is a good chance one of them would be in the percentile strongly capable of figuring out how to solve a Rubik's cube. There was a boy capable of doing this and because he was solving multiple cubes really fast ahead of the girls team. Jimmy has bribed him 10 grand to leave the competition. This is a violation of the 18 U.S. Code § 224. Although the boy complied to his bribe and the girls won.
There are quite a few examples of what you can see in the video, like for example, the girls were allowed to use a drone so they could see what the other guys were doing, but it failed and fell to the ground. And continuous attempts by Jimmy to bribe male participants to drop out of the competition so that the girls would have more of an advantage.
According to the video made by DogPack404 and some message text, the reason this was done was to make the competition between boys and girls more even, since the boys were so good at the games that leaving it as it was would be a public relations disaster.

Dogpack even mentioned that there were no random subscribers as contestants in this video like Jimmy openly states. Like here, one of the contestants is his hiring manager and even his girlfriend. Openly stating that there are no random new subscribers picking when selecting the contestants in these videos. Only people that Jimmy seems to know. Like a girl named Kara, who is his hiring manager, and in some shots, you could even see Jimmy's girlfriend participating in the games.

It gives the impression that the only people who seems to be in these kind of videos and competitions are people who are connected to Jimmy in a certain way, like employees, family of said employees and of course some of its friends. And it does not gives a good impression when Jimmy tries to insist that everything that happens in the videos is real with those facts in mind.
Feastables:

Look at his eyes. CONSOOM.
Feastables is a chocolate and snack brand created by Jimmy on January 29, 2022. Jimmy gave the announcement that he will be making the best chocolate in the world, he also said it would be direct competition to brands such as Hershey's. He would become CEO alongside Jim Murray, who was former president of a energy bar called Rxbar.
The way these chocolate bars were promoted at the beginning was through a contest where only ten bars would have a mystery ticket that would give them the opportunity to participate in a competition whose reward would be to win a chocolate factory. Also offering $1 million and some miscellaneous prizes.
One of the people who won the mystery ticket was concidentially a content creator by the name of Della Vlogs. Which happens to do videos in high quality as well, and would you look at that, they made a video reacting at getting the mystery ticket in a total real and random way. The girl had the stupidity of saying "MrBeast, thank you for picking us!" And then having the boyfriend inmediately correct her after saying that.

It's worth mentioning that this channel was the winner of the chocolate factory that was shown in the video, what are the odds?
In several podcasts where he spoke on the subject, Jimmy talked about how the main goal of Feastables was to make a chocolate brand that was not only one where the customer could win amazing prizes, but also that he wanted it to be a famous chocolate brand that was also a healthy one. He was very concerned about childhood obesity in America, and insisted that his chocolate only had "5 ingredients". And of course, giving a hostile type of competition against Hershey's, saying how they live on 10 ingredientes for their chocolate bars.
And during those promotions, Jimmy made the mistake on doing a promotion with a brutally honest man that did a collaboration video with him in TikTok, Keith Lee. Which gave one of the most painful and hilarious interactions ever captured on camera with MrBeast.
In a livestream on TikTok where there was a lot more honesty than Jimmy expected, he had Keith Lee taste the chocolates and say how they were. Keith tasted them and after a while, when Jimmy seemed to want to know what his opinion was, he commented that they were just "okay" and no big deal.
You can clearly see in the video how this upsets Jimmy for a few moments, and he insists that he give a more concise answer, and Keith does, making it clear that the Feastables are just average chocolates with nothing to offer compared to the competition. You can see the mood of the stream change, with Jimmy clearly irritated at the answers and even at one point you can see him throw one of the chocolate bars and it makes a noise, clearly alerting Keith Lee because he wasn't expecting that. It's worth mentioning that Jimmy throwing things like that was recorded at Keith's house.
Needless to say, Jimmy did not collaborate with him again after the livestream ended.
Dawson would later expose in his video that Feastables right now uses almost the same ingredients like your average chocolate bar of Hersheys. Which would make his statements be false advertisement.

With the state Feastables are in now, you could say that with everything Jimmy tried to do to make the brand work, it didn't deliver the expected results. You could consider that while it wasn't a resounding failure, it did fall heavily on expectations, and with the allegations that are going on now, it's hard to see them recovering for a long time.
According to Dawson, the marketing team tried to see if they could put all kinds of prizes on the sticks to get people to buy them, such as $10,000, new cars, even a trip to Disneyland. None of these plans worked out, however. Giving away that Jimmy is grasping at straws to try to push his product.
Aftermath:
After the video was posted, the bombshell has been dropped, it left a huge black eye to MrBeast's reputation and his brand. And of course, after a couple of days of the video being posted. Retaliation did not take long to come.
Archive
Seven days after the video was uploaded to Youtube, Dogpack404 was received by a Ceast & Desist letter from the MrBeast legal team, causing a Streisand effect like it was never seen before in the platform, and proving that most of the stuff being talked about in the video of Dogpack are most likely true. Giving a new room for speculation on why a C&D was sent in the first place, some people even argued if someone like Dogpack would be secure from this. It is not known yet if it was the legal team who send the letter or Jimmy himself. Days later, after not receiving a proper response, the MrBeast legal team sent another C&D, being a final warning.

Archive
And it turn out that he probably is in danger, considering the message he received from an anonymous source one day later, that implied that the legal team was already on the search of finding anything they can to launch a smearing campaign against him in an attempt to discredit everything he said in the video, even targeting his own mother who apparently has bipolar disorder. Everything was apparently been organized in a Google Doc to try and choose to what false information attack him first. Cementing the fact that Jimmy was in fact going in a state of total war against Dawson.
The messages ended in a weird way however, it is not known who send this message.

Dawson gave a more detailed explanation on the accusations that Jimmy would probably attack him with. Insisting that he does not take drugs and he did not in fact took money from the company at any time.

Conclusions:
No one is infallible, nor is anyone entirely a good person. It is a harsh reality of life that one has to accept, and in Jimmy's case, it was something that many already saw coming, with so many charities, so many supposed good deeds and so much supposed help he did for people, it is no wonder that someone like him had skeletons in the closet. Many people were treated as cynical or jealous when they tried to expose him in the past, and today they are the unsung heroes of this disastrous situation. Most felt that something wasn't right with him, and their instincts were right.
Jimmy knew how to hide from that for a long time under the shield of charity and good deeds, but it was only enough that his friend came out as a degenerate tranny and the action of an ex-employee that everything fell apart. It only remains to be seen if MrBeast will be someone capable of carrying on with his shattered reputation.
Certainly he will continue to grow in subscribers, continue to have millions of views and is practically loaded for life, but with the destruction he caused to others, the children and the people he harmed with his competitions, was it all worth it?
"My name is MrBeast, King of Youtubers;
Look on my videos, ye Mighty, and despair!
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal Wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away.”
