I can definitely help answer that one. Jeets hate any form of text based communication because they know it enables even progressive PC Indiapilled companies to find out quicker, that they are worthless. With text, you actually have to commit to what you said, with phone call you can just say you said something else. Yes you can record phone calls but it will take hours, days even, to remember what day they said something then you have to listen for an hour to find the thing they said. Jeets know this and it's why they randomly turn text-based communication into a call. People will be communicating in company chat or an e-mail chain with absolutely 0 confusion, then you see a jeet say "Please call." When you see a jeet ask for a call, it's so they can shit up whatever is going on with bullshit. There's a pajeet behavior I don't understand: phones.
The coworker I've mentioned previously is constantly on his phone. Just walking around the office, taking calls, talking in his own language. Half the time I go into the bathroom, I can hear him muttering away in one of the stalls. Who the fuck is he talking to? I'm not the kind of person who cares about my corporate overlords, but I do care about head office types coming through the place and seeing someone just jabbering away on a phone because they'll do something stupid like turning our work place into one of those phoneless secure sites. It's one of those unspoken things where you just don't take personal calls at work, unless it's an emergency, right?
But then, I take public transport, and like half the pajeets are also on their phones. Whether it's the morning train to work or the evening train home.
Jeets know that ticketing systems are put in place exactly for them and to curtail their bullshit so they use phone calls to get out of it and make everything ambiguous.
Same shit and again they do this even personally, with the other jeets they know, even at home. Text makes them commit to something.Do they not have text messages?
This is actually another purposeful jeet trick. They want there to be more noise. Even with a text based system, they want there to be more useless shit in the system. They know that 2 months from now, HR will launch an investigation and try to catch them on their bullshit, so if there's 10,000 messages in the system, HR will just go "lol nope, not doing that".Don't they understand that maybe people don't want to be subjected to half a dozen different conversations in an enclosed space? Who are they talking to for thirty minutes straight?
When I worked at a billion dollar corp they hired a jeet to do nothing except be a guy to walk around and advise everyone how to better use our ticketing system. He literally told people directly and to their faces that they just need to make 50 useless tickets when just 1 would do, and also to kiss his ass and make sure he still is employed "because we all need him". So they know know know that the more phone calls and the more they can spam any text system, the more colossal amounts of bullshit they can get away with increases.
