Kids generally need help with the whole empathy thing, that's true. But if you need to educate your kids, then I could see how framing it in much the same way as drug or alcohol abuse could be useful, i.e the one indulging might be enjoying themselves, but their actions hurt the ones who care about them most.

No you're right, it's just if your kids are already traumatized and not receptive to the transition, you could have probably waited a couple years to let them know about the effects on the other side. I wouldn't necessarily explain alcoholism to a 7yo through the lens of the parents effect on their family either.

I talked with him on discord and reddit, he’s a VERY narcissistic/petty guy, HUGE ASSHOLE.
He has a pretty sad life so he copes by moderating on his spare time, particularly on r/Admincraft (Subreddit dedicated to help with setting up mc servers). He moderates a lot of stuff.
When the reddit mods went "On strike", he closed the subreddit for 9 MONTHS, and redirected people to his shitty discord server instead. All the question/help threads were unavailable because of a basement dweller throwing a tantrum. The subreddit has a million subscribers so a lot of people looking for help were forced to give up or join his shitty discord.
I had an alt with an egirl pfp because it helps when getting help from discord coomers
When someone disagreed with him privating the subreddit, he would simply ban them and call them "Sheeple" or "Corpo bootlicker"
He does not know shit about MC Servers, made a lot of stupid mistakes and would also ban people pointing out how wrong he was.

It does not surprise me in the slightest that someone as pathetic as the reddit moderator for r/admincraft , u/Discount-Milk would have connections with a known pedophile… Discount-Milk is truly someone that you should be careful around, I wouldn’t be surprised if he was frantically deleting stuff from his discord account (Discount Milk) as soon as he caught wind of the Chris / Ava tyson situation…
