Such laws have repeatedly been ruled unconstitutional for violating the first amendment. As they should, as much as I hate flag burning, it’s clearly the exact sort of speech the amendment exists to protect.
They’d have to get a constitutional amendment passed to change that, and I think there are much better proposed amendments to put those efforts towards.

All it is is a piece of cloth. I don't understand why people get so angry about the American flag or any of its derivations. They claim "It's about what it represents". I don't own any American flags, and I never will since it "represents" establishment politicians who all dodged Vietnam getting rich off of young men dying for the sake of pride parades in Tehran and Kiev. A piece of cloth is not going to pass laws which do things like bring sodomy laws back or clamp down on immigration or stop public schools from making kids trans. I am at the point where I am almost completely anti-American, and this is coming from someone who, five years ago, would describe themselves as an "American Nationalist". However, the more I watch politics, and the more I study history, the more I have grown to be anti-American. I would now describe myself as a very right wing person who is politically homeless in the US.

Also says he'll uphold the second amendment. Hopefully he'll do it this time around. His personal track record isn't good in that regard, but to his credit his SCOTUS and federal judge appointments have done good for gun rights.

It should definitely be illegal to set a flag (especially someone else’s property) on fire in a public street. It’s a fire hazard at the very least.
Or require privately funded firemen and paramedics be on hand, and require the protesters to have fire insurance to cover any injuries.

If she knew anything about firearms law she'd already know that you already can't import assault weapons and haven't been able to since 1989. They have to be assembled/manufactured in the US, and some specific percentage of the parts have to be US made as well, to the point that if you put the wrong magazine in some guns it's a felony because it goes above the acceptable threshold of foreign made parts

America is fucking sick to the core right now, but the alternative is to pretend to hold some allegiance to some mother country in Europe which likely created the seeds for the degenerate ideas in the first place (Jews just stole and made worse ideas already propping up in the minds of Germans and Frenchmen), or to England which is itself a cesspool even without the infinite immigration making things even worse. A national identity is kind of important, and without it it just makes the Left more easily destroy its enemies. The demoralization of the right into hating their country is part of the Leftist strategy, they try to do the same thing to stain Christianity to demoralize the right into not being Christian either. If they could, they would try to find a way to demoralize the right into thinking even the fundamental idea of a family is untenable. They want to make a person lose their allegiance to God and Country. The United States and its flag represents the states and colonies, not DC. There is no star for DC in it.
