He didn't "barely win" by either metric. 306 to 232 electoral votes. The popular vote by like seven million votes.Biden led by huge margins in 2020, how does it help him win when he really just barely won? And how does it explain polls being accurate in the last three midterms?
If anything, Trump barely won in 2016. A similar number of electoral votes (304 vs 227 with seven not voting) but actually lost the popular vote by 3 million to Hillary, the world's least charismatic politician that's been the target of right wing drooling since the 90s. The MAGA cult is real and it took conservative America 30 years to summon that devil (thanks Obama).
