Pixy has no shame as she feels she's being totally normal in wanting to dress like a boy and that she's a beautiful twink and not a frumpy middle aged woman with unfortunate facial features.

Story time, but relevant:

I work with the peds population and there are tons of kids whose parents ignore advice. I’ve caught kids in boots running around (literally), kids taking off arm slings when they’re not supposed to, kids in casts doing stuff they’re not supposed to. Given that Pixy is immature, I would not be surprised if she isn’t following directions and is screwing with her own healing so that she has something to whine about.

She didn't wear the boot like she was supposed to pre-surgery. So I doubt she wore it much post-surgery either. Since she loves attention you think she would. But that's not the type of attention she wants. She wants attention for being Sora and she even complained about the boot ruining her cosplays she was planning for the con she never made it to.

People cosplay in wheelchairs. No one's gonna care that Pixy is waddling around Victoria in a filthy Sora wig while wearing a boot. She's just like a little kid. I wouldn't be surprised if her pills have to be dissolved in warm sugar water.

Walking casts aren't kawaii enough and ruin her cosplay. So yeah she's not wearing it and probably didn't do any of the physio she was supposed to do because it was too stressful and the only way to fix that was to eat an entire cookie cake and tell herself that she's a man while humping the table and holding her invisible stomach penis like all real men do.

I don't think anyone is actually disrespecting her regardless of what day it is. It doesn't matter how nice anyone is to her, or if people aren't actively ignoring her, they're just busy/minding their own business, or even when people rightly call out her bizarre behavior, she is so terminally self-absorbed that her shriveled up brain can't handle what anyone has to say. That weird commenter was just trying to be nice and she latches onto their quirky way of saying happy birthday like it was a deliberate insult.

Even if all her online assspatters gathered at her (parents') house, presented her with a giant cookie cake, a briefcase filled with a million dollars, and a Kingdom Hearts themed butt plug, she'd still complain about something. There's no pleasing her! :'(
