15% body fat is pretty good, quite hard to achieve and nowhere near "pathetic". The super shredded look starts around 12% and below or so, but you can definitely get good muscular definition and vascularization at 15%. The pics are enough proof for me that he's not that potbelly painted hair dude in the older pic.
