At times like this, it's good to remember the bud light boycott. At first, the stock of the company went up after the boycott, as did they're earnings, as the federal reserve literally bailed them out for their losses. In that case, they couldn't afford to keep it up, so eventually the money ran dry.
I would not be surprised if a major corporate entity like mrbeast was propped up for identical political influence reasons with a bot army. The only difference in this circumstance would be that unlike the money printer, there is no reason to turn off the robot making machine.

Should of never went after the logs, but try and make the argument that the "Mr Beast" in said discord is not him but another person and online he uses a different handle in private discord servers i.e "69ingchipmunks" or "Jimmy#3853"
cos the argument that "oh the Mr. Beast in that discord is not me" was a strong case considering that anyone can use any nickname in discord servers.

Again, like with the edited video, you have to wonder how much of this is even under Mr Beast's direction - as a YouTuber, he would know that hiding the evidence at this point is a very bad look. Was Chris's firing, this now nonsensical 'investigation' and all this damage control even his idea? It's all very corporate boilerplate. Chris is out, the logs have already been distributed, everyone's already covered the essentials, this doesn't seem like a cover up as much as it is salvaging some SEO and move on as quickly as possible.
In fact what's probably embarrassing from an investor or shareholder standpoint is how little he apparently knew. That this has been going on behind the scenes for years without a peep would probably have sparked a lot of panicked telephone calls. Not sure how just hosting discord logs on a website could be considered either. Seems like just a scare tactic. Also, hard agree with everyone mentioning the Streisand effect.
