Imagine a case where the plaintiff fails to prosecute and the court really wants the defendant to lose, but Russ being the retard that he is, hasn’t asked for a default judgement.

Something like "In consideration of plaintiff's plights, let's dismiss this case without prejudice so he can focus entirely on his living situation, then bring the case again when he's fully ready" and Russ might be stupid enough to agree.

Then when Russ does want to bring the case again, surprise! As previously mentioned, the statute of limitations has passed so he can't bring the case again!

On the 5th of August there will be indeed a change; the FBI will arrest you for your many many thousands of crimes of Felony "saying mean things about Greer on the Internet".

Russ won't file anything.

Hardin will move to dismiss again on the 6th.

Russ will show up on the 7th screaming about his plights, being homeless, being improperly served (because he's homeless) and that he needs the court to understand Kiwifarms murders people.

Court will ignore the case for 2 months,. and then say Greer has show excusable neglect and give him a new deadline a month later.

I really REALLY hope that this is indeed the TRUE last chance and the judge is just lining up everything so that he can dismiss with prejudice and not have any chance of it blowing back on him should the bamboon fail to submit anything once again.
