I don’t know what the situation in Britain is like with cop background. But in America over half of LE are former military that served overseas in the Middle East. I’d think Britain would have the same and yet these cops don’t seem to understand the fanatic muslim mind as if they’ve had no experience or encounter with religious war.

I got to see the UK before it got culturally enriched to ruin so this especially hits close to home when I also live in a European country that coincidentally suffers from refugees and muslims being uncivilised ingrates as well. Definitely no pattern here.
Riots are a necessary evil to oppose Islam when any previous civil attempt to voice concern or disapproval has been shut down or ignored entirely. Of course this all wouldn't even be necessary if immigrants were made to follow the laws or even just general culture of the countries they infest and faced actual consequences for not doing so.
I want to be optimistic and hope this sets something in motion that makes people wake up.

Squaddies don’t often become police officers. Your typical soldier hates the police. Most soldiers come from working class, impoverished areas.

I think they changed the entry requirements for police specifically to keep former military out of the force. The government hates the military and terrorises the men even when they’re on deployment.

Our police force are very passive people, more public sector wonk than army veteran, who themselves tend to be either porters or security after serving.

Yes. Many members of the Armed Response are former SFSG, close combat guys.

My deceased good bois were both failed police dogs (health reasons, happens to Alsatians).
