agreed, when Biden was still in the race, he was okay with it, but now it's an issue. if she does agree to this, i hope she can get fact checkers. however, I'm betting he wants her to ask for that, so he can use it as an excuse to get out of it. The best tactic is probably to not even engage with the personal attacks and merely respond to the debate questions with policy and concrete plans. If you start engaging with the personal attacks you shift control to him, if you ignore him he flounders because his entire life has been people kissing his ass 24/7.
He has no experience arguing a particular viewpoint when making a decision, it's always been his way or the highway.

Judges are typically appointed by the governor. Superior court judges are elected by county voters and serve for six-year terms.
In Trump's case, Juan Merchan was appointed in 2006 by his good pal Michael Bloomberg, which is probably why he's dissing him so hard. Bloomberg has been a staunch critic of Trump and a thorn in his side for years.

Joe Biden agreed to a no-audience debate with ABC, Trump's claim to have some kind of case against George Stephanopoulos and ABC is because they reported on him raping E. Jeanne Carol; you know. That thing he is actually convicted of doing and found guilty of by a court of his peers.
He wants a full audience because he needs a room packed with people to stroke his ego and get loud when he recycles his rally points. He is literally too chickenshit to agree to a straight-up debate because he knows that if his positions are held up to scrutiny by even a mid-level prosecutor; he will fall apart faster than a Chinese motorcycle.

Wow, it's been night and day about the demeanor between Trump after debating Biden and Trump now. When Biden's senility was out in the open and it was clear that nobody thinks he can win, Trump was comfortable, even magnanimous. But as soon as Kamala Harris steps in and the media gave that artificial hype, Trump becomes the same guy that we've seen in 2020 and 2022: screaming into the void called Truth, and focusing his ire on every damn thing except for the actual damning fuckups that Harris (and the Biden administration) had done. Spending more time attacking Brian Kemp than Harris did not help matters, and so long as this retarded fat fuck keeps at it, he'd only prolong the honeymoon period and grab defeat from the jaws of victory. It's also liable to be downballot poison, and at the worst possible time!

The reason is elementary. Harris's relative silence has given Trump absolutely nothing to work with to use against her, so he's desperately resorting to personal attacks and the limited information he has about her (such as shit she did 4 years ago) to attack her. He's trying to poison the well while he still has the chance, but he's looking like a manchild who isn't getting his way in the process.

He shits himself, backs out of the agreed upon Sept 10 debate once it's clear he'll have an opponent who he 1) doesn't have dirt on and 2) can't yell over without the slightest bit of resistance, then he gets his ball fondlers at Fox to schedule a "debate" on September 4th complete with moderators who worship him and a crowd he's hoping he could play to, then once Kamala goes "that's fucking stupid, we're doing the Sept 10 debate", he flips the script and acts like she's the one running scared.
