I have no experience renting property, but I have experience renting hotel rooms. Trashing the place costs the guest money. As a hotel employee, I've issued my share of damaged property fees and they're no small change. The default for any damage to the room is an automatic $250.

If you trash the apartment the landlord can take your entire security to cover the clean up which is usually 1 month and a half of rent.

If it was Kelly, then we know why she felt the need to stipulate that. Every moment she lives is begging for attention and her reparations so she can go do important things like get heart nipples.

I have no idea how much it costs to get nails done professionally, but with some practice nearly anyone with functioning hands and the ability to learn from mistakes (lol) could create a very similar look with some nail stencils, a couple bottles of ordinary polish, a small disposable makeup sponge, and the usual supplies you'd use anytime you were painting your nails. (Base/top coat, cuticle oil, file, etc.) You can put that kit together at Dollar Tree for about ten bucks. It'll probably chip off after couple days if you go cheap, but it's not like a BPD pooner wouldn't be bored of the design by then anyway.

Oh fuck that noise. I'd rope myself before I allowed that leech to attach her name to mine. Kelila seems like the kind of person to befriend a mechanic solely because she thinks he'll work for free. Here's a thought, Kelila: get a fucking job at a fucking hotel. Then you can use the even bigger employee discount.

On second thought, no, don't do that. Depending on who her boss is, she might be allowed to live at the hotel where she works. Without going too much into it, I've had almost that exact scenario play out at my hotel. She'd be extremely hard to fire regardless of how terrible of an employee she is. Firing her would mean forcing a trans person to live on the streets. She could ruin the property's image for good.

She might be about to try to squat and not leave. Sure hope her landlord has got the sheriff ready to lock the doors not sure how TX is but where I am that order would have allowed me to have a sheriff remove her if she did not leave.

Tell me you've never held a real job without telling me you've never held a real job. Kelila, being laid off and being fired are two different things. Bad workers get fired. Layoffs happen when a company can't afford to pay salaries anymore. Something major usually has to happen for layoffs to occur, like the pandemic, and layoffs affect multiple people.

Kayden has ditched rent and been evicted so much she cannot get a place to allow her to move in. Eviction Stopped supposedly scammed her since her inability to pay rent and be a good tenant is their fault not her own.

Kayden decided the day of eviction is when you pack up and move. She is now crowdfunding to sue the landlord not realizing that the landord isn't the one telling people she has at least 3 evictions in a few years for non payment of rent. She also was so behind in rent and considered such a risk that she was required to pay the court all her rent instead of her landlord. All of this is public record.

This is her appeal portion the court case began in January after she hadn't paid since november. She states that her inability to pay in January was because she was not paid in November for ONE seminar. At that time she went to at least two large concert parties. I'd get her exact documents but it requires doxing yourself to Harris County.
