This is particularly bad in Ireland rn. There's been a low-level undercurrent of people setting fire to migrant accommodation centers. In 2022 the Irish government made asylum seeker and migrant accommodation EXEMPT from needing planning permission so nobody has a legal avenue to stop and the High Courts are completely pozzed so any injunction is dismissed. Particular attention is paid torching the equipment of the building contractors to really twist the knife so to speak. The media and government are not talking about this but everyone knows everyone since it's such a small country and no one in the know is talking. This nonly just after a recent pozzed NGO the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission fought to guarantee the """human rights""" of asylum seeker and their right to gibsmedat since 3000 are currently sleeping in tents in Dublin City since we've been in a housing shortage since 2006. The homeless population of actual Irish is nearing 15'000 and they get NO SUPPORT from the establishment. It makes me so fucking angry seeing them so alone while foreign trash get everything handed to them. Obviously these cretins will never challenge the government to guarentee the dignity of the native Irish left homeless to be preyed upon at night sleeping rough. It's blatently 2 Tier in Ireland as well. The pigs here use pepper spay liberally to protect these plantation pits from protests. Shame on everyone in power. This won't end peacefully.

On the breach of human rights , Mr Justice Barry O’Donnell ruled that:

“Applicants for international protection in the State have a well-established fundamental right to have their human dignity respected and protected, including by being provided with an adequate standard of living which guarantees their subsistence and protects their physical and mental health where they do not have sufficient means to provide for themselves.”

He continued:

“The court is satisfied that the current State response to the needs of IP applicants who are acknowledged to be without accommodation is inadequate to the point that the rights of the class of person concerned in these proceedings under Article 1 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union have been breached by the State. As noted by the CJEU in clear and unequivocal terms in Saciri and Haqbin, a failure to provide for the basic needs of applicants amounts to a breach of their right to human dignity.”

Accordingly, he granted a declaration that:

“the State’s failure to provide for the basic needs of newly arrived international protection applicants between 4 December 2023 and 10 May 2024, whether by way of the provision of accommodation, shelter, food and basic hygiene facilities or otherwise, is in breach of that class of persons rights pursuant to Article 1 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.”

Mr Justice O’Donnell was satisfied by the grant of the declaration was sufficient to remedy the human rights breaches and considered that it was not necessary to grant the mandatory order.

I always find it fucked up how the cops know they are going to get hit by bricks and rocks which can crack their skulls so they wear helmets and face shields but they then bring these dogs in without any protection.

They are basically betting on the fact most protestors think more of a dog than a cop and won't hurt it.

Am I the only one who has noticed that A LOT of average people ("normies)" I encounter throughout the day have started to ignore/grown immune to the terms lefties are reeeeeing about like "far-right", "nazi", "white supremist" and (:lol: ) "transphobe"?

It's like when some retarded ad plays constantly on TV or radio. It get's ignored, then made fun of, then finally everyone gets sick of it and it has the opposite effect of what the retards who made it wanted to achieve.
