Dude you are only talking sprinting. I'm a long distance runner. My job includes helping athletes, women and men, through recovery when they get injured. I run with them 2 times/week. I row with them. Gym and strength train with them.
The fact that people here push this sort of stuff is beyond comical, especially considering many men in these forums have posts in the Health&Fitness areas complaining about severe obesity and associated illnesses.
I am 110% sure that no man in this thread can complete a sub 20 mins 5k. Not "in my youth", but now.
