It means Nick played his reverse card, so we all lose our kids to CPS and Nick will stream his reaction to the bodycam footage of our police raids. So what does this mean for the footage?

I think there's a decent chance that the win he got was to get the records sealed meaning he can lie with impunity.Unless he got the CPS court case records sealed, we can hopefully wait for MNPublicRecords to show what the actual conditions are. He might want to even release his drops "out of order" because of this. He seems to curate his drops anyways.
The transcript makes clear that the obstacle was both, am I missing something? What is the point you are making? The drug awareness training was the obstacle to the grandparents doing visitation.
What do you mean? @Watching Rekieta assures everyone that that case is over with 0 evidence.Nothing. Criminal case still to come.
This user is talking sheet. You guys are being too cynical, I think Nick is capable of turning a new leaf, maybe he is getting better. This is already better than I expected since I thought he literally would have liked the 'empty nest' lifestyle too much and tried to prolong the case as much as possible to avoid his kids, so he already beat my expectations. I do really hope he improves for the sake of the kids, even if that isn't the funniest option. He should still be grilled for ever letting it get this bad as a father, but Jesus said everybody can be redeemed or something like that I don't know, Nick probably doesn't know either.
Sonichus demonic sword cuts both ways. Sonichu giveth, Sonichu takethFirst off, Rekieta always lies so don't believe a word of what he is saying. As far as what the actual 'terrific news' is, I wouldn't be surprised if he got permission to have the kids be supervised at his home occasionally.
It is also possible that he has managed to get away with it scot-free, lolcows do tend to have incredible luck when it comes to the legal system. I seriously wouldn't be surprised if he manages to get a plea deal and get his kids back. The only thing preventing this was swallowing his pride and just accepting his wrong doing, maybe he managed to come up with a cope in his mind about how he is winning when he accepts a plea deal.
There is nothing I would like more than for everyone in this thread to be 100% wrong and for Nick to simply be going through a rough patch from which he bounces back and starts acting sane and stable again. He really did bring something of value back in the day and it's a crying shame that he ruined it the way he did. I'm not going to say it's impossible for this entire thing to be a wake up call for him(losing custody of his kids reminds him not to take them for granted and to actually take care of them) but at this point I think the common sentiment is that we'll believe it when we see it.I do really hope he improves for the sake of the kids, even if that isn't the funniest option.
It is possible that the grandparents took whatever course was required to supervise and he is getting a supervised visitation with them.
BossmanJack got custody of Rekieta's kids?It was said, in this very thread (probably), that they are considering changing the kids' guardians, with someone that can recognise drug use and stuff. Who would be better for this position than the nigga from da hood, Nicholas Robert Rekieta?
Possible. I do think that eldest son will talk some shit to April at some point.I foresee a violent alteration between the eldest son and a cracked out Rekieta on the horizon.
Sperging about your spergery, the quote is "Jack of all trades, master of none, but oftentimes better than master of one." It really changes the meaning.' Jack of all trades, master of none' is transformed by the addition of 'but still oftentimes better than master of none.'
"Finally a replacement for the maid. Get to work Granny!"
Especially if they came with a pair of elderly incel prudes looking over his shoulder all the time.
I'm guessing there is an entirety to it. I'm betting they were offered pleas with conditions (likely defferred adjudication). This is just the beginning of implementation of what everyone agreed. I'm hoping they both must confess guilt in open court (no Alford, just reduced sentence.) The charges were identical and the evidence for those charges were identical so I suspect their plea offers were identical. I think the plea was negotiated with Nick's attorney, not just out of the blue offer.
The prosecutor was same for both the child and criminal case so hopefully, it addressed Nick/Kayla drug testing, getting April out of the house, probation, parenting classes, restrictions on who can care for the children, rehab requirements, where they live, future child hair follicle drug testing, therapy for children, family counseling, assessments for Nick and Kayla, and on and on. I hope they tied it all into probation and a condition of avoiding prison (don't go to family counseling=arrest warrant). Wrap it in a complete package so Nick can never claim court orders regarding his kids conflict with his probation.
And as icing on the cake, I hope they order Nick to immediately pay all his outstanding traffic fines before leaving jail after processing.

It's possible. Unfortunate for us, but possible.I think there's a decent chance that the win he got was to get the records sealed meaning he can lie with impunity.
Me too but I wouldn't get your hopes up. Even with Nick choosing the most retarded, belligerent, ODD path available, I wouldn't be actually shocked that even if he somehow puts this through a full jury trial and gets found guilty of everything, it's STILL a deferred adjudication or suspended sentence.
